I come here all the time. The drive thru is always double wrapped around the building and they sometimes don’t take orders via the app, so I opt to use the lobby to order often. Tonight, I walked in the lobby at 8:53 and waited for a few minutes with the 2 customers who were already present. The crew members in the back just kind of stared at us and I heard one say, “There’s people in the lobby.” Another one said, “The lobby closed.” One of the customers waiting to order, a man, became audibly and visibly agitated and asked for the manager. The manager came out and stated that the lobby is closed and that it closes at 9. Because he was upset, she chose to serve him and not me. We were all there before 9. In fact, when I got back to my car, my phone read 8:57. 9:00 is 9:00. This wasn’t okay.

Decided to stop at Zaxbys earlier this week to get fried mushrooms. A young lady with blue/green hair that worked the register was so busy playing she rung me up for cheese bites. Wasn’t until I got home that I notice that she had done so. I was very upset and the only reason why I didn’t say anything is because we all make mistakes and Manager was assisting others very politely. Oh but TODAY 05/02/2022 I decided to try it again since they’ve just opened and lord whyyy did I do that. Went inside, Manager greeted us and went to drive thru! 5mins later after I’m done reading their store score which was a (C). I asked was anyone going to assist us. Sis had to be new because it took her another 6-7mins to complete our transaction. Customer service wasn’t horrible but she need to talk up and move a little faster. So I ordered a house salad, fried mushrooms and some French fries. As you can see down below there is HAIR in my salad and the fried mushrooms was fried brick hard and she didn’t even give me ranch for my salad, I had to use the one out the mushrooms box. I called the store 3x’s and got no answer not even a vm. All workers need to wear hair net at all times to avoid spoiling someone’s meal with hair in it.

I thought this location had gotten better after the terrible reviews last year. I just left and had ordered a salad, regular fry and kids meal. The cashier almost tossed the order to me and it was the salad and the fry. I'm waiting for the rest and she comes back to the window and says anything else? I tell her the kiddie cheese meal is missing. She says its in the box under the fries. It's not. She proceeds to say to the brother next to her, "BRUH ITS IN THERE." Long story short it took them at least 10 minutes to get it AFTER I was at the window. The unbelievable part was the cashier acting as if I was wrong for wanting what I paid for. All I could think of was 'Why would Zaxby's allow someone who acts this way to represent them at a drive-thru window?' I will wait another year to see if it gets better.

Drive through time is atrocious. I'm sitting here as I type this. I could get the best salad I've ever had in my life, and it wouldn't matter. They've already lost me. 16 minutes and counting in the drive through. To be clear, unless I'm informed otherwise, I hold management responsible not the regular workers.Edit: Left after 25 minutes. Didn't even order.

They are consistent in a couple of things: lately their chicken fingers are so skinny they might as well be chicken nuggets. They can never seem to get the order right. I would not recommend the drive-through. Go inside tell them you want plump chicken fingers and when they bring it out ask them to open the box and present them. If you’re not satisfied send it back. Also count your sauces if you order extra sauces because they never get that right either. Either the quantity is wrong or the sauce is wrong, generally the quantity. They ripped me off so many times! I really like the taste of their food though and the sauces but I won’t be going back anytime soon because the last two times I went I experienced these things.

I went through the drive thru. The line moved slowly. When I placed my order the casher was not knowledgeable about menu items. I ordered a (wings and things) #3 buffalo style. When you request a plate or wings and things 'buff' the fingers are dipped in your choice of sauce, and the usual Zax sauce is replaced with ranch (So, you get two ranches. Instead of one zax and one ranch). I asked to substitute one of my ranches for a honey mustard. She did not understand the request. So, I had to explain as I did above. I could hear a guy in the background explaining or correctly telling her my order. (This gave me the perception the unit is in the process of developmenting new team members).The lady at the window was polite. She repeated my order. I asked for extra ketchup and seasoning salt. I got 3 pks of ketchup, which for me is not the extra but ?‍♂️.After a long wait and checking my order, it is mostly correct. I am glad I asked for season salt because the fries did not have any one them.Not the best "ENCORE" experience but the food was good had I been given a fork to eat it with.

Drinks tasted like old water and food was cold after waiting over 40 minutes to discover that they put your food on the counter with the delivery orders and you have to go through the bags to see what's yours. Horrible customer service. Would have enjoyed the food but I was too tired and frustrated to eat. Waisted time and money.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD ‼️‼️‼️‼️. This has to be the worst Zaxby’s ever. They are extremely SLOW and the order is still WRONG. Even came back for a remake and it was STILL WRONG after waiting. Then was advised I’d have to wait for grilled chicken, AGAIN. POOR MANAGEMENT! I ended up asking for a refund because I’ve never seen a restaurant run so poorly and disorganized! Wasted two trips to end up wasting my lunch break and have no food ! SMH

If I could rate a zero I would! Okay so my first time stopping by this location, the drive through line was wrapped around the building and like most of the Zaxby's locations, I assumed the inside was closed. After about a 10 minute wait, a young lady came out and said the inside was open. The inside of this establishment was not clean at all but I overlooked the uncleaniness and continued with my order, which as long as it took I could have stayed in the drive through . Well because of the convenience, I decided to give this location another go, bad decision. This time I went straight in since I knew the inside was open. There was a guy hang up sign's in the lobby, which I later found was the manager, but no one at the register. The young that was standing over by drive through made eye contact with me and continued to talk to the other associate. After a couple of minutes and nothing, I said is anyone working the front, the manager said yes we're open an called for someone to come get on the register. Okay so the manager not only saw me when I came in but was aware that I was waiting! Okay so now this young man comes from the back and asked the young lady who was standing over by drive that made eye contact with me, for her login so he could take my order. Wow!!!! Needless to say they went back and forth for about 3 to 5 minutes about why he needed her code and why she wouldn't give it to me. Finally my order was taken! So of course, I gave my feedback on my experience and the manager reached out to me. He said that he would like to make it up to me, so the next time I come in to ask for him. Okay so it was 10 days later that I returned to the location and like all the other times it was complete kios with wrong orders and orders missing. I read the man's badge and knew he was the manager. I got his attention and ask to speak with him, this man acted completely clueless about the whole situation and told me I had to return with the original receipt. Are you serious!! I have the original receipt, but do not see the need to patronize or give this establishment anymore of my time. #Zaxby'shasgottodobetter

I ordered wing n thing and the fries were cold and the chicken fingers were over cooked. There was no toast with my order. See picture below. This location need to improve on customer services.
