Waited for an hour for my food. Pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a nibblers meal and got told “we are out of nibblers”. So then I got a wings and things meal and came home and saw that the chicken tender was like a grayish blue color and immediately got up throw it away. Will not be back, zaxbys isn’t the same anymore now, very disappointed. Waited an hour in line for some gray chicken.
Made my order online and was told to enter the lobby and pick up my order. When I got there the doors were locked. I called and was told to get in the drive thru line to pick up the order. The drive thru line was out into the street so I cut in. Once I finally got to the order speakers I was told there was only 2 people working and I would have to wait 4 minutes. Once I got my food it was stone cold because it was ready at the time it said it would be and by the time I was able to get it from them my food had been ready for an hour!!! If I had not already paid for it online I would have gone somewhere else to eat. This is not the first time the wait has been long
This is absolutely the worst Zaxby‘s or restaurant for that matter I have ever been to. I stood in front of the mike ordering for cars for 20 minutes and no one ever came on. Then, I went inside and placed my order. It was another 20 minutes before I got my salad. The salad sat on the top counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to give it to me. Once I got home, I was afraid to eat it because the lettuce was all wilted. I will never go back to the restaurant again.
Today 2/23/22....this is a poorly made fried cobb zalad. No bacon, no fried onions nor are there any eggs on salad. I really can't believe this happened at this location???♀️
Why why why do fast food workers at these places make you wait 30 minutes at the drive through speaker. I had to just go to chick fil a where you get real service.
The waitress had a problem understanding the order being placed. I requested 2 of one order, and she charged separately. She added 15 lemon pepper wings (not asked for). She did not understand the order being placed. I drove through the Drive-thru.
In line half an hour and finally got to the speaker and the guy said they were closed (an hour before Google said they closed) and laughed. Another time I went there an employee was standing outside by the speaker and motioned for me to leave. Don’t waste your time.
This location is drive thru only which is weird when almost all other restaurants are allowing dine in eating. We waited in line for 30 mins only because we were already tired and didn't feel like going anywhere else. The food was good, hot and fresh. I would've given 5 stars but the wait time was way to long and y'all need to fix the intercom because I could barely hear the young man reading my order back to me..B-
This location is slow and always has been. Each time I’ve come here I’ve waiting in line between 30 minutes to an hour. There’s one specific guy that likes to say u can’t get all flats or drums which has never been an issue since Zaxbys opened. They don’t like to drop certain foods at night but just give the people the option to wait for the food to cook, but then will say everything is made fresh. Obviously not if certain things are already dropped. Even the manager Ramon says it’s “against their policy” to drop any more wings at night which is ridiculous. It’s an item on the menu! They also changed their closing hours from 10 to 9????? This location is so tacky compared to all other locations. They even have to put signs out saying their short staffed. If y’all don’t have the necessary assets to keep the store running then it doesn’t need to run. Not coming here anymore due to so many bad experiences. If u really want Zaxbys go to the Hugh Howell Tucker location which is only about 7 minutes away. They’re fast and pleasing.
Very good chicken for how fast they bring it out. Nice people work here
