Went through drive thru waited 10 mins before ordering, get to the mic waited 15 mins before placing order, then waited another 10 for food. We couldn't get out due to the trap you in drive thru they invented. My husband bread was soggy from the ranch sauce on the grill chicken combo, I had a total of 8 hard fries and my soda was flat and watery. Too many teenagers and not enough adults working weekends. Horrible experience will not go back. Management needs to be trained again.
I got a late call from my mother requesting a zaxby's salad. I changed vehicles and accidentally left my money and ID in my other vehicle. I couldn't pay for my food. The Mgr. gave it to me for free. Upon retrieving my wallet I returned and paid the bill in full. That was a complete blessing and when our community supports its patrons. I will always support your business!Darryl Robinson
The food was awful had chicken finger meal totally over cooked and hard. Tried to give them a chance because there chicken wings are rubbery and tuff so i got the chicken fingers they are no better will not eat there again.
I ordered the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich Meal and the sandwich was not made well AT ALL. The bread was un toasted , the chicken had NO SAUCE and the fries had no seasoning!! I ended up having to add my own hot sauce and seasoning salt to the food! Smh if I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't have gone out. I won't be going back to this location and discourage anyone else to so they don't end up like me.
I don't go to Zaxby's but I brought my grandmother here and the young lady that took our order was so friendly and helpful I'm considering coming back to try it myself. My grandmother really enjoyed her food and I enjoyed how patient she was with us! Great customer service!
I entered the line at 9:05 pm didn't leave with my food until 9:47. Thank God the fries and grilled cheese where hot though. This location is always slow
At this location normally the food is good, but this time sorry to say that the food was horrible. I ordered a cobb salad with tenders, the chicken tenders were super old, hard and cold. This visit was sooo disappointing it will be a long time before I return...
The food was good here,but this is a another place that gave me no continents.so check your bag food family before leaving!

We've NEVER had a good experience at this store and have come to the conclusion that upper management does not care. We have never gotten a complete and accurate order and we have no other good choices for drive thru salads so we are going to have to make our own so that we stop patronizing a less-than mediocre restaurant.Often the staff is rude and they play games like 'Let's play like no one is here by turning off all the exterior lights and turn down the interior lughts!' - its a fairly successful game we have seen.Also note that the reason we believe that the staff could care less is because they have little chance of having to correct their mistakes. They have the restaurant itself locked so if you leave the drive thru with an inaccurate order you can't run into the counter to have it corrected. To get back on a line that is maybe serving 1 customer every 10 minutes makes a person angry for even choosing them again because you know well what the experience will be!No more chances will become our zaxby's stance in future!!!!
