Customer service superb! Everyome had a dope energy.The music was good, the atmosphere seemed like on a jumping night would be lit.I ordered crab boil bag with snow crabs and additional add ons mussels, clams, and shrimp garlic butter with seasoning hot ? and when I say tasty it was so delicious. I also ordered the fried calamari disappointingly overcooked but it wasn't I know would be a really good dish. Drinks were good but I would not order the lemon drop with apple henny, wow!Would I go back but of course and I will bring more friends for some good seafood and great service!
The host at the door lied about the kitchen being closed. When asked for a manager, she done said it was open. We were seated and passed by several servers, and then our order was taken by a manager. The food was good, but 3 out of 5 due to costumer service. Please improve this, and you’ll be a better establishment!!!
I went here the other day for the first time, love the concept of these crab boil spots. This one is kind of like a sports bar…HUGE, wall-to-wall TV at the bar, seems like a great place to catch the games, etc. I didn’t realize they closed for a period of time in the afternoon, so when I got there I had to wait about 45 minutes for them to re-open. when I came back, a gentleman who works there put me on to the happy hour special. You can pick three items for $15 and then add whatever else you want in there at the half pound or pound price. The food was really good! Has a different flavor than Juicy Crab… I think it is the cilantro lime they add. Drinks were OK…think I should’ve ordered top shelf. Good service, I will definitely go back soon!

Overall this might be the best seafood restaurant compared to restaurants like Juicy Crab & others like it. Now as far as the menu it has a lot of the same items but they also have different items unlike the others like shrimp, chicken & fish tacos & they also have Alfredo’s which include Cajun Salmon, Cajun Shrimp, Cajun Chicken, Fried Lobster Ravioli plus more. The food is delicious the drinks are good, the staff is friendly & it’s a comfortable laid back environment inside. There’s a nice bar with a big tv to watch & an outdoor area to sit & eat especially with the weather getting warmer.
The service was slow. However, the drinks and food were good. I prefer this restaurant over Juicy Crab.
Came in with all the inner people and they had a new waitress that didn't know what she was doing oh, they did not help her she ended up not putting my order in I waited over an hour in the order still hadn't been cooked so I left I had to ask for the onion rings it took over an hour and all three people that came in after us had their appetizers and their meals. The manager was nonchalant like she didn't care and nobody was helping this girl I will never come here again and they need to get new management and somebody to train people properly
Great place to eat!! My first time eating there and it was great!! Our Server Phoenix was exceptional and very knowledgeable.... Hate that I never decided to eat here before today ... Will definitely be back!!
me and my husband went in to.eat because I was raving about it because 4 year old and I ate there the day before and the food and the drink I had was great... so i ordered the same exact thing as before and the drink wasn't the same.. the manager told the server to tell me I can pay for another shot. I told the server that the drink wasn't the same as yesterday. this drink is red, the drink I had yesterday wasn't and it tastes totally different. so the Manager told the server to tell me all sales are final.. that really heated me so I decided to leave everything ad it was and go right next door to the sushi spot where they lives their guests! the Manager at the cran place didn't even come talk to us... dont go here. the customer service is horrible!!!
A lot of these type seafood restaurants have been popping up all around the city. Some are really good and some are just alright. Well, I'm glad that this is the one we got in downtown Decatur. Everything was nice. The hostess was really nice. My server, his name escapes me, was very attentive. The food was good, correct, and it came out pretty fast. I've been here a few times and I'll be coming back again.
