Decided to check on this pub and we weren’t disappointed. They have good variety of drinks and draft beers but they don’t keep corona or modelo which I felt was missed. But overall I loved the experience cuz they have friendly staff and the fish tacos were really good. The place has good ambiance and nice outdoor seating. Come bit early to find parking spot.
I love the Wheelhouse! I’ve only been twice, so far, but both times the service was great and the food was scrumptious!!Do yourself a favor and try the Arsonist’s Margarita! Oh my! Spicy and oh, so good!The seasonal salad is my favorite- with the best balsamic vinaigrette I’ve ever tasted! Yum! Especially when paired with the loaded Baked Potato! It’s a perfect meal.As a kid, growing up here, I have memories of eating at the Old Hickory House! And let me just say, the refurbishment is phenomenal. With spot on decor, a laid back vibe and very cool overall ambiance, the Wheelhouse Craft Pub and Kitchen is a must set! So - Go!There’s plenty of outside dinning and bar space, as well! Great decking around the exterior with heaters, for those chilly days and nights!The only thing to warn on is: minimum on parking - but, hey….if your an Atlanta native, then it’s not that much different than anywhere else, ITP! LolCan’t wait to return and try the burger!
Very relaxing quaint little restaurant /pub. We will be back..great food, great service!
Nice place. The bartender was friendly/attentive. Parking might be a problem if its busy, I went on off-hours and it seemed like the lot fills up quick anyway.I had the burger and fries. Great burger! The fries have a good batter. Similar to Checker's or old school BK fries.Looking forward to trying their fish n chips, sounds like a contender
This was my 1st visit to the establishment. There was only a very short wait even though I visited on Mother's Day. I ordered the chicken tender meal while my date ordered the fish and chips . The food was delicious though the order was slightly delayed. Prices were very reasonable. My chicken tenders came with a smokey house honey mustard type sauce that was very good. I will visit again.
Love Wheelhouse! Great burgers, salads, drinks, and beer selection. Super friendly servers. Wonderful neighborhood pub!
Great place. Nice brew pub. Everyone liked their food. Fish tacos, Guinness stew and fish n chips. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich looked awesome. But no heat. That is my only complaint. And yes, service was great.
Great atmosphere, attentive to clients and great food. You will also love their signatures drinks.
My husband & I have been coming to the Wheelhouse since it's opening. That alone was an amazing accomplishment given the timing. So to begin, I want to thank Ian & Cathy, and all the owners and workers who persevered and make this restaurant so special. We've introduced friends & family this spot and it's become their favorite. The place is lovely...warm, spacious yet cozy, both inside and the patio. The staff are wonderful...Eve, Isaac, Kevin, and so many others whose names I failed to remember...thank you , all. And of course...THE FOOD... unique, delicious, Pub-Fare-Extraordinaire!
The atmosphere is casual. A good bar with seating and good table seating. Service is terrific. The menu is not extensive; everything ordered was very good. The fish & chips is really quite good. The drinks are good- try the special margarita. There are a few draft beer choices and a larger list of can/ bottle beer.
