Dinning room closed. Extremely long wait time to place a drive thru order. Extremely extra long wait time to pay for my order. Waiting a very long time to get my order only to get dried old dark burgers!!! They giving old food and waiting on one car a a time!!! Bad customer service!!! Not caring about customer at all. Never ever going back
At 10:45 AM, went thru DT. Got burger w/o onions; which was confirmed. Got to window & CSR was more focused that I noticed her B'day hat. Only car there & had to sit for 15 minutes waiting. Another employee was walking around & talking on cell. Began eating & onions on ?. Took back inside, told why. 2 mins later given cold meat & cashier put fries in bag. I remarked that next time she was going to handle food, wear gloves. ATTITUDE!!!!
let me make it clear>> I can not recall the young ladies name(shame on me - I know) She appeared to be alone in the Wendy's/as in, only saw her & she was doing it all-drive thru, cooking, preparing, everything! A smile on her face, customer service extrodinaire! (PLUS..?) my food was quick,hot...good!
If you go before noon don't expect any service. They should adjust their hours if the employees are just there to ride the clock and collect a paycheck in the morning. When they actually do their jobs the service is pretty fast otherwise.
It's hot, it's fresh, it's cheap, it's up to the brand standard, and the employees seem to like being there.When I get fast food I expect consistent quality and hot food, and that's what I got.
I came into this location horrible customer service guy in the back talking about his private area. The girl on front counter talking on the phone while taking a customer order. No one is in uniform workers has flip flops on and not to mention the staff is working from the back of the counter going outside come back in going straight to back not even washing there hands. Did we forget Covid and thats how germs spread. I would never eat here or recommend family or friends to eat here.
Worst ever. Literally stared at me and didn't take my order in the drive through window.. it's 7:39 and site says they open at 6:30 but 3 employees literally stared me right in my face and inlgnired me as if I wasn't there

Food was right just was quoted a different price then once I made it to the window it was much higher but no complaints this is all good
Food was hot and fresh and service was fast!
