If I could give this place no stars I would. Lamont was HORRIBLE! We were rushed at the drive thru to order within 30 seconds of us being there. He was very combative. I asked him at the window did he have an attitude he said he had to meet a time frame because of a bonus but there are better ways to do things. If he gets fired or quits this might be a better place!! Lamont sucks.
My visit to Wendy’s on memorial drive was horrible to say the least! The manager (Lamont) was extremely rude! he rushed me to place my order because he was trying to get his bonus! I was in complete shock when he told me that. I’m a paying customer and to be rushed and disrespected was unacceptable! I won’t be eating from this Wendy’s again! And the only reason I gave one star is so that I can write my review of this establishment.
Waited 5 minutes for my meal which is typical... My issue was the fact that the order taker was on the phone shouting and arguing with someone about why he should send them $1000 when he just sent them $700. I should not have to listen and know your business especially if I'm outside in the car waiting on my food. Bad thing is when I went to window number 2 I can still hear him yelling.... As for the food... Nuggets and double stack was good .. fries were extremely soggy!!
This experience was AWFUL to say it kindly! The one star was merely because the taste was ok. If I was one to eat off the looks of the food, I would have thrown it away. Looked so sloppy and was somewhat warm. The service!......was HORRIFIC! I WAS SO STRESSED from the experience, plus nobodies fault but ours for not eating most the day and just needed something to eat, taking pictures would have been great but was NOWHERE in my mind at the time unfortunately. Don't expect a second visit to happen here! Someone PLEASE help this location!!
Terrible service,Just a sad display of what this establishment suppose to represent…Employees on evening shift are the worst, food is played over and cold..Employees out back smoking,Employees inside eating, drinking being quite merry since THEY GET THEIR food fresh and there drinks are correct…DEFINITELY DO NOT GO THERE LATE IN THE EVENING..Great looking building tho?
Didn't seem to be under staffed but there was a really long wait. The bathroom was filthy and the floors were all very sticky. The food was typical fast food but I would be really pressed to go to back to this location
They are not open at 6:30am that is not realistic, I attempted to place an order from the drivethrough at 7:32am. After waiting for 5 mins with no response & breakfast menu not viewable I went elsewhere. Gas is too high rn to drive to anyones establishment for their hours of operation to not be accurate. If you’re not open until 8am then say that but for it to say your business hours begin at 6:30am, the employees are NOT honoring that time frame at all.
Bad service..got chilling and cheese..when I got the chilling had no cheese and it was the bottom of the pan of chilli...all liquid and meat no beans and no cheese..try to tell the driver thru lady..but she wanted me to pull up to the side..like I said it was lunch time....I don't have time for waiting...memorial drive. Dint go there u be disappointed....
Heavy set lady at the drive thru window (Wendy's on Memorial Dr by 285) on 2/16/22, might be the manager I think, has an attitude problem for no reason. Almost threw the food at me with a scowl on her face. If you hate your job then quit lady.
Horrible customer service!!!!! I ordered pick up and the food didn’t come and i had to go inside but there was no body there to assist me. The employees seemed uninterested in helping out the customers and there was a long line inside for pick up. And they gave me my order with missing items.
