Today I came to order a baconator combo first of all they were nearly out of every drink and the order taker took forever to take my order. When I get to the front I get my food and go home. I open my burger and fund hella pink juices rolling down the paper MY BURGER IS STILL RAW. This is unacceptable especially when the whole process took 15mins to get my food.
Came to this location they had an employee who didn’t know what a 4for4 was she didn’t have any guidance… Took her about 15 mins just to put in our ordered…she gave us the wrong size cups no one was standing by her side to assist her….. Employees cooking and fixing food WITHOUT ANY GLOVES….then in the dining room employees I assume that was off the clock yelling having a conversation across the room with each other. Just a lot going on at this location.
I don’t understand how hard it is, especially when it IS NOT BUSY, to get a simple order right. I’m Muslim and I specifically said “i do not want bacon in my sandwich” and Ofcourse they didn’t take the bacon off. My second sandwich I said no lettuce or tomatoes and there was Indeed lettuce and tomatoes on my order. When I paid, they also gave me the wrong change. When you’re working, it isn’t hard to listen unless workers are on their phone not paying attention. Whoever owns this specific establishment needs a new staff because this one is obviously incompetent. I’ve gotten the wrong order here plenty of times but I’ve let it go because I keep thinking it’ll be the last time but it’s Alan it like they get better at getting worse every time. Get a new staff.
I have honestly never had better food at Wendy's. The whole order was correct, everything was hot and it came out fast.
The customer service was terrible. The girl practically tossed my bag of food out the drive through window …….terrible attitude
Ordered through drive thru....got home and order was wrong. Went back through and told them it was wrong. They supposedly fixed it. Got half way home and thought to myself I should probably check. Still wrong. Went into the store and the employee said she would personally make me a new burger and did apologize. I filled out the survey requesting a call back, nothing. I wrote my number and name down on the receipt and told the employee to have the manager call me. Still nothing. Don't waste your time going to this location. They obviously don't care.
Food is awesome. Staff was attentive. Don't like pulling away and waiting for order.
I pulled up to a long line on my break..thinking this will be a long wait! But the team that's there today...moved cars along...took order gracefully without a rush...and had outstanding customer service! Love it...thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
Left out half my order. Paid 23 bucks n only got 2 biggy bags. No one answered what I got home and called.
Ordered bavinator fries and nugget. The nuggets where full of grease and gooey. The fries where some old and some fresh mixed in I aaked for no salt on the fries. Why did I do that these where extremely unpleasant the taste of the cheese sauce tasted like poison or some sort of salt replacement like accent. Just disgusting. Will not return will go to anotyer
