Employees sit around while a table is filled with dirty dishes. The grits had so much butter in them that you could swim in it. We were the only ones here and it took them 10 mins to get our drink order. The eggs came out wrong. Try to avoid this Waffle House.

The customer service is terrible and the staff is too??‍♂️that's all I can say. I am officially done with waffle house as a whole because I deserve better than this. Especially for the super taxing prices and limited options ??

I didn't even want to give one star but I had to click on it to give a review. Everytime I stop there is an issue. I usually stop around 7 or 7:05 on the am and it's always a reason why they can't do something. I stopped one time theyvsaid they were doing a shift change and was waiting on the other crew ok what does that have to do with you serving. No 24 hr restaurant shuts down during a shift change if so the other crew need to be on time to serve. Today I decided to stop by and they had no wifi...I just shook my head and walked out...this waffle house is the worst I have ever experienced. I work 3 min away so it would be convenient. They are in a very good spot but for what if they can't do nothing. They need to do better

I love Waffle House and there are only a few locations that I go to and this is one of them. I didn't eat in this time but the service was still on point for our to-go orders. I don't eat out much these days at all so it's good to know that my local Waffle House can still put a smile on my face whenever I do get a taste for a chicken hash brown bowl, smothered and diced with 1 scrambled egg ?️

If I could give them a 0 star I would I came to get some food and he’s says they are backed up so he can’t take orders I was the only person there he goes to sit back down and smoke will never come here again I should have read the comments first I’d recommend the one up the street but not that one employees have horrible customer service

Worst customer service ever! Depending on when you go, the staff may not take your order if they feel one more order is too many. Most times there is one guy taking the orders, cooking the food, and taking the money. If you can go to a different Waffle House... don't hesitate!

I love love love the waffle house do believe they should have had a cook up there that was a little faster than the one last night waitress was fine she was quick but cook was slow as hell we had to order through the window and stand in parking lot at which the automated alarm kept telling us not to linger in the parking lot like we had a choice if we wanted our food we had to linger so I'm just saying if your only gonna have one waitress and one cook make sure they are evenly matched in the quickness deptment. Because the food he cooked was great don't get me wrong he was just slow as molasses when it came to moving!

I had a good experience dining in yesterday afternoon for a quick bite. The server who I think went by the name of Q had a very welcoming and light filled personality and really made my day better with her service. Not to mention the food was good as always at Waffle House

The waitress/cashier was loud and IGNORANT. I was checking her math. She YELLED I HAVE A CALCULATOR! She could have made a mistake. Next, yelling at the cooks in a NASTY tone. Just straight IGNORANT. Food was good.

Went to THIS location twice also... same two days as they are both relatively close in my neighborhood. Same deal... mid shift change, no service. Next day, Yay service but they were on the LAST BATCH of waffles in the early afternoon. Again... huh??????
