I am so sorry that this review did not have a zero. First of all when we enter the building my husband and I went to sit down at one of the boots. One of the mail serversWith his pants sagging looking crazy told us to wait until the table was clean. This guy have us waiting more that 20 minutes. And would not clean the table or ask someone else to do it. He just ignore us. When finally we took up on ourselves to go and sit down. The waitress that came to our table took so long with everything. Then instead of her using a tray like you suppose to do. She brought the four plates in her hand wish make her fingers touch the food. The whole place was nasty. It seems like it hadn't been clean.I love to eat at waffle house.But we wont put our foot back to this particular place. It was a disaster. Then they keep on turning people away just to not having to clean the table.But the guy with his pants sagging was a hot mess. Not professional at all.
My order was wrong, they tried to make me repay for their mistake, then when I returned they only had fixed one instead of both, then put my order in a smaller container, the cook was very rude and I got no apology from anyone, will not return
The wait was to long. The cook walked over to cashier coughed in his hand and said something to her then placed gloves on and went back to cooking. Every time I try to go to a different Waffle House establishment something out of the ordinary happens. I'm sort of discouraged about eating at any lately.
Friendly staff but slow service. Weird restaurant policy: no dinning in and take out only. You have to wait outside.I understand if it’s during the pandemic, but it still does this as March 2022? Meanwhile employees already got off the masks.
Food was horrible and I asked forpatty sausage and they didn't give it to me.. this my second time at this location. The first time customer service was horrible.. I dnt recommend people going to this waffle house.
I eat here the same order almost three times a week Patty milk plate with no bacon and add extra onions I have had to throw my food away three times because it has bacon on it bacon
The food was good but the waitress demanded that we gave her a tip or we have to order to go next time and she was so rude and always outside smoking hella cigarettes and talking on the phone scaring the customers off
Very friendly. I wanted 2 originals and when they told me they didn't have them anymore they charged me the same price for 2 grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. I can never complain about this particular restaurant.
I'll tell you what...this Waffle House is the best run Waffle House I've visited.The young lady spoke when I entered. She called out 4 orders, plus mine, to the cook. She did not repeat the orders, and in 3 minutes and 22 seconds, all 5 orders were ready.I was absolutely FLABBERGASTED by the accuracy and speed at which he demonstrated.Mike is his name. He is a BEAST ON THE GRILL!!I tipped him all the cash I had in my wallet.AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!Thanks guys!!
The first ever waffle house to get my eggs right! I almost ate the whole waffle(usually cant).Good experience from service to cook to atmosphere. Dont change!
