Toast was barely toasted. Grits were runny. Bacon wasn’t Waffle House crisp. I asked for mixed fruit jelly and got a mixed fruit and a strawberry. A server started playing the jute box. I don’t care to hear loud music at 8:30 on a Monday morning. I was trying to watch a video on my phone and couldn’t hear through my earphones. I know WH is typically cold but it was so cold inside I had to bundle up in my rain jacket and eat uncomfortably.
The crew greeted us, as we entered.Floor was filthy, seats and table partially cleaned.Server apologized and attempted to clean up followed by other crew members. Order was placed, with a delay by me.Coffee served, requested hot water and spoons. Server advised, spoons were being washed. Waffle was served about 10 minutes after coffee. Eggs and hashbrowns took an additional 10 minutes to arrive. Hashbrowns hard as pretzel sticks. Steak another 10 minutes. This meal took over 30 minutes to be completely served, lukewarm.The server was very courteous and polite.
I don't know from which angle the staff is friendly, I wished them hello and hi I got zero response. The staff kept me waiting because both of them were busy talking to each other and giggling. And after placing the order the staff asked me to stay out of the store until the order gets ready, which you won't know unless you keep peeking inside the store. This happened in the night time after 12
Our server was very friendly. Took our order quickly and got our food quickly. It's waffle house so you already know what it's going to be like. This waffle house was very pleasant and the staff was friendly.
Great experience tonight with the ladies Dree and Kia. We’ve had a few hiccups in the past with our orders but they made sure that it was to our satisfaction. Definitely will be back soon. Thanks ladies!
I was here this morning and it was excellent. Staff was very nice and attentive. I overheard another customer being extremely difficult and demanding, and the staff were very patient with him. Massive respect for the staff and manager here for dealing with with a lot of attitude from one customer! I would not have had that much patience for this guy.
An employee at this location retaliates if you do not tip her!!! I came to this establishment on my lunch break one day and the woman who served me was very sweet until she wasn’t. She took my order and right after taking my order she took my method of payment. I did not tip on the receipt because I like to tip in cash at the end when I collect my meal. Because I did not tip on the receipt she instantly caught an attitude and treated me differently. Then she messed up my order as retaliation. I decided not to tip at the end because I was appalled by her behavior. Fast-forward weeks later I get lunch again at this establishment but with coworkers. She retaliates again because she remembered me. She asked if we all worked at the same location and it went downhill from there. I was first to order out of my coworkers and pay. I was last to receive my order and it was incorrect. She tried her hardest to be petty to the extent that she messed up my coworker’s meal as well.
My server was Tie. A real nice young lady who remembered how I like my coffee before I sat down at the table. Her service was top notch.
I'm a fan of their coffee and ambiance. I have of course, eaten at a Waffle House more than once, just not this one. This location is hopping with the lively, friendly staff and always busy so I would guess the food is as good as the atmosphere.
The staff are so friendly and the food was great! Long wait but we were there at 2AM and they only had 2 people working so that's to be expected :)
