I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. Beans do not come with the Buffalo chicken wrap, but that’s exactly what I received. I ordered two smoothies one of which never came. And they gave me the most stingiest containers of corn ever. ONE of the most irritating parts of all, you can’t even reach them without going there physically. No call no nothing.
You need to hire some real mature people to work these females don’t know nothing about customer service. For instance it looks like robots took over the place as no response towards customerYou are one step away to loose customersTrust me
I went to this location this morning and I ordered the chick bacon ranch sandwich. As I’m eating my sandwich it has paper in it they didn’t remove the paper off the turkey. This is a young group of people working at this location they are busy talking and playing and not paying attention to what they are suppose to be doing when preparing customers food or smoothies. The young man Cooper whom I addressed my issue with quickly corrected my order and apologized for my order not being prepared correctly. The staff needs more food service training and if they are there to work they need to pay attention when preparing food.
Really terrible overpriced salad. I don't think I've had a worse, low-quality salad for $9.00 ever. ALL ICEBERG lettuce, 4 spinach leaves and chicken that tasted sour. I literally just threw the whole thing away. Please stop overcharging for bad salads.Dear owner, please save your generic response. I've already complained to corporate. Thanks
This Location is Trash. 1st time was decent. 2nd time they messed my friend's order up. And today as soon as I walked in, they decided not to take my order because they were backed up. They wouldn't be backed up if they weren't playing around. Also forgot about the lady's food order in front of me. Just a bunch of unprofessional kids.
Loved this place but they went up on their prices. A combo that was once $7 is now $10. I know there is inflation but seriously that kind of jump is beyond ridiculous. A place I normally go 3x a week and now it may be 1x.
Had this piece of paper and the red thing on my flatbread. Been here so many times but this probably the last time.
The smoothies was made twice both time taste like water the customer service suck no one seem to know what’s going on inside this place I don’t recommend this location to anyone
Made my order and stepped out to take a call and when I returned they had given my smoothie to someone else that was sitting down with my smoothie in their hand, and the heavy set Caucasian girl got upset and let out a loud irritate sound when I said I wanted a new one and I refused to take the smoothie from the customer. With everything going on in the world this just shows the lack of cleanliness these employees most likely have in all aspects. The fact that this smoothie shop is a hit or miss if your smoothie will actually taste like a smoothie and not a watered down slushy, to decide to take on the odds of that gamble and be presented with such rudeness and disrespect I will never again come to this location again, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.
The staff in this location are either bored or don't care about the quality.The morning staff are better buy the afternoon staff have the blandest sandwiches.Hopefully they check their ratings.
