Fyi: Order and then sit down. Brunswick stew was good, according to my husband. The ribs could have been cooked a little longer. End pieces were great but as you work your way towards the center the meat is a little more chewy.
I love this place. Their food is always so good. My only complaint is that I wish they had the brisket egg rolls more often. The brisket is amazing. Always loved the chopped chicken. Literally everything is delicious.
Quite impressed. Friendly service, simple menu, quick prep. My brisket was a tiny bit more tender than I like it but it was well spiced. The sauces were all tasty. A lot of places slouch on the sides but my collards were well prepared and the cole slaw was creamy and tangy at the same time which is how I love it. My wife said all of her stuff was also very good. No complaints, will be back soon!
Brisket great as usual. Mac and cheese was terrible..tasted like boiled macaroni without cheese. Potato Salad was excellent as was the Brunswick stew. Sweet tea was amazing.

We saw this on the news last night and made our way over. 20 out of 10. Best burger I’ve had in a long time!!!! Fresh to order, hot and those eggs rolls…… wow! Oh the staff is awesome too!!!!
Omg. The ribs were tender and seasoned oh so well. The BBQ sauce had just the right twang, I had the sweet sauce. The collards kinda melt in your mouth. And they have a bit of heat on them. I ate every piece if meat on those bones, yep, out in public. That food was so good I followed it up with a cup of ice water. I'm saying, after eating that I needed nothing else. I will be back.
I forgot to take photos of my food but I enjoyed it and the service was great! I ordered the brisket mac bowl, my sister had the pulled pork sandwich and mom had the taylor'd half sampler. I enjoyed the bowl, the only thing I would add to the side as an option is a choice of one of their bbq sauces.
Lovely spot with super friendly and helpful staff. Staff wore masks, and it was really nice to see. They made a special order for me, and it was fantastic!
i love BBQ. Taylor’s Bar-B-Q is a relatively new joint in Avondale Estates,Ga. right next door to, Inc. Decatur, and where i live on the outer side, Da’Dec.(unincorporated, Decatur). St. Louis style dry rubbed spare ribs, witch means pork! Brunswick Stew (also pork!). Smoked chicken and wings. veggies, baked beans (not veggie)…and more! Great southern flavors in a homegrown eatery. no other BBQ spots in the area (wait, are there any?) quite like this ,“O.G.” taste. one of my favorite Friday evening takeouts.
