The only good thing I can say is the hostess/cashier was very welcoming and friendly.It took them 20 minutes to give me a small order of queso and fries to go. The portions of fries was a small handful and they looked like a mistake in the box. They were cold and old, so I don’t know what took them 20 minutes if they clearly didn’t make them in the moment.This place is not expensive, but I think you’d get better quality at a McDonald’s for a similar price.
I dined-in this afternoon with several coworkers and we had a pleasant experience. The wait staff was attentive and kind and we had a new server who's name is Kyla. She was very kind and my group gave her some challenging requests and she easily met them. The drinks and beer pours were good and my Silver Comet Burger was cooked to perfection. All appetizers (artichoke dip, nachos, fried pickles, mozz sticks) were good.The lunch crowd is a little slower and laid back but no complaints.
Jay was our server and she made sure we had the best experience ever. Good drinks, good food and a wide variety put together with excellent service ???
I ordered my food to go and it was absolutely horrible. My roasted Asian sweet heat wings were undercooked and my Brussels sprouts were burnt and mostly crumbs. I was very disappointed then opened the box for my key lime pie and the slice was so small it was unbelievable. I love love love Taco Mac but this one I won't ever visit again. ???and I wouldn't have given them that 1 star but it wouldn't allow me to post without it.
My family and I ate here yesterday. We have always gotten good service and the food is good, but yesterday, we got a waitress who doesn't multi-task very well, but we were patient with her. In spite of that, she had attitude. We waited awhile before she came to take our order, I ordered the parmesan zucchini and six wings. After I ate the wings, then the zucchini came out. We then asked for three to-go boxes, but we got one small cup with a lid. We then waited what seemed like an eternity for the bill. We drove a long way to dine at this Taco Mac because we always get good service. We will have to find somewhere else to go.

I came in last evening around 9:30 PM. I usually enjoy my experience here, but last night was different. I was served by Renetta who was very pleasant initially even suggested we order the Asian Sweet Heat and Honey Chipotle wings which are very saucy. I order those two wing types, an order of fries and two classes of Chardonnay. It was kind of a late Valentines date. After ordering is when the service from Renetta went downhill. The meal of brought to us Renetta just dropped it at out table after a while waiting and immediately walked away. Not asking if we are ok and that was the last I saw of her for about 30 min. We had saucy wings with no napkins, no eating utensils, the fries and wings were cold. No ketchup nothing. I got up and then went to a workstation and another waiter gave me what I needed. No problem I will be stuck eating cold fries and wings. I would occasionally see our server helping a larger party a few tables down as she would speed walk pass us Halfway we decided to order 2 Margaritas. Of course Renetta was no where to be found. I went to the waitress who gave me the napkins and ketchup. We asked her for 2 margaritas. She asked what kind? We told her. After 30 min I see Renetta and ask for box to take the food home she brings a box and the check, which I did not ask for the check because I was waiting on the margaritas. Also her POS card was given to me by mistake. I was ready to go at that point. Renetta then goes to the host station and talks for about 15 laughing and talking. After 15 min I get up with my card like I am at the local Waffle House and give it to her to run. As I am leaving the waitress who took our margarita order says I never put in your order because its not my table. Renetta told us we should have flagged her down as she ignored us and waited on other tables. Just awful service! Next time I would sit at the Bar!
Bernard was very attentive.... Great service and I like he cleaned the bar counter after the previous person got up.... Wings were good and hot... Roasted wings.. I do think they should take that banner down and put a TV there at the bar ( if possible) . I am curious if the parking lot outside full where do you Park. Other than that great experience.
I usually order takeout, but decided to dine in because I had extra time. The restaurant was clean as usual, the staff was friendly. Quay (I hope I spelled it correct) was my server and she was nice and attentive. I felt welcomed and appreciated for patronizing this location. I would recommend and will dine in again.The food was good as usual. I love the roasted wings with the dry mango chili seasoning
Friendly staff, that’s what gets the one star. It was all downhill from there. Worst food I’ve had in a while. Had to wait way too long for the food, it wasn’t fresh when it came out, not were the orders correct. We were on a schedule so we couldn’t wait for them to recook our order. Never, ever go here.
