Came to this Taco Bell at 12:50 right before closing which I usually wouldn’t do but I just got off work and I’m hungry the lady at the drive-through window was so nice and respectful and attentive even though I know she tired because she probably been working all day she still was smiling and really niceGreat personality & customer service Thankyou Jackie

Ok so I just got my order from this location, I promise you guys I will Never order from this location again. First of all I didn't get the food I ordered and was still charged the full price for the order. They don't have any lettuce for the food they're preparing and my Strawberry lemonade tastes like seltzer water. This is frustrating because I tried calling them and got no answer. Lesson learned.

Line was short but the wait was long. The cashier apologized for the wait. I don't think they had enough people working which was slowing down production. I ordered 2 dishes with rice. The rice was undercooked. Some of the pieces were crunchy. Other than that the food was just okay ??

I continuously try to support inner communities restaurants due to the lack of services that is happening within. But when you see the staff coughing and touching other things than the food, it becomes clear that they will settle for less customer service. You should never hear or she the staff coughing while handling food and also money. They should always excuse themselves to wash their hands and also hold with the best hospitality due to safety concerns. I'm surprised this Taco Bell have not closed down nor receive any type of pop-up from corporate because of the type of traffic that comes in this area. I would say that people should not eat here it is not clean nor sanitized it will definitely be a backlash in the future.

All I'm going to say is they need to close this place down asap,or hire some real adults not kids who want to work.This is crazy why Don't yall do something. Some worker came outside wanting to fight . This isn't cool.

This location is so hit or miss. I really tried not to complain/leave a bad review because they always have such good customer service, but that’s just not enough. I always order a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken. I don’t think I’ve ever really gotten extra chicken and this visit, I didn’t get any chicken. And I had to go inside the store to get the quesadilla because they didn’t put it in the bag at the drive thru. I’m partially responsible for not checking it, but come on now.

The food quality is often as expected, but they often ignore changes (ie: asking to leave off sauce and cheese) to orders. Their hours are also, often not as advertised.

Food was pretty good this time. I did have a time where I ordered a bean burrito and it tasted as if it was rotten. Only thing was wrong with my order is that I paid for steak and I received taco meat ??‍♀️ maybe next time they'll get my order right and I don't have to pay for steak that I didn't receive!!??

It was a terrible experience I ordered food they gave us almost no meat on chalupas on my burrito I said no beans they gave me all beans ..And two soft tacos they put only lettuce no meat .....I called management but they say not answering calls at this time...One of the nacho chips had mold on it

It is 9:30pm and the taco bell is empty with lights and stove on drink machine not broken down and no one's answering! It's Christmas eve do your job then go home the company is loosing money. Smh
