honestly i never had a pleasant experience here. im only doing a review this time bccuz the food and. the service was bad. already waited in line for like 30 minutes just to place the order with only two cars ahead of me. still had to wait for the order once i got to the window. the woman had a horrible attitude she must have been ready to go or something. it's a shame i had so much patience after all the waiting and get attitude and my soft taco had more oil than meat in it was super soggy smh have to do better at some point. 0 thumbs up 0 stars honestly
I ordered in the drive through the car in front of me returned a order they tried to give me the same order in this day and time with Coronavirus, then when I asked for fresh food they still gave me the bag the other car had inside of their car the sauce they put in my bag looked like it came off the floor just disgusting looking they didn’t want to fix my food or give me a return this location needs improvement in cross contamination!
I got to the drive-thru at 9:15 p.m. I was givien my food at 9:55 p.m. there were five cars in front of me when I got in line. To boot they did not give me my card back. when I realized this I went back the next day, after trying to call all day and getting a fax machine, at around 8:30 p.m. and they told me they throw away any cards that are left so that nothing will happen to them! So I have no idea where my card is laying in a dump or a trash can somewhere.
Probably the worst Taco Bell location I’ve been to. It is on my way to work so I’ve stopped here a few times and have always been asked to come inside for my food after ordering in the drive thru “since they’re on a clock in the drive thru” and have to wait at least 15 minutes for a basic combo meal I ordered
It's been two months and a half since I've worked here. I still haven't received my last paycheck. The General manager (Sinteria hall) Blocked me after consistently texting her asking about my last paycheck.
It was late night, short staffed,and truck was being delivered. They still served hot and fresh food, had great attitude,and gave me exactly what I wanted before being asked. Awesome all the way around.
I would have given lower. Went through the drive through and was about to pay for the person behind me (pay it forward). The young lady at the drive through had the nastiest attitude when asking me what my order was. After I told her then I proceeded to pay. I asked how much was the person behind me and yelling with bass in her voice she said “I don’t know sir you skipped other orders” which was not true because we were in the correct line order. If you don’t want to work there are other people who do. I work in customer service on the corporate level and if this happened at our business we would be hearing for it for ages. I’m not trying to get no one in trouble that’s why I’m not including the name but man customer service is a new dying breed when you are paying your hard earned money.
I usually *never* leave reviews ever, but after some money being seriously wasted after about the 3rd or 4th time from this location, I’m frankly pretty upset. This Taco Bell closes about an hour early every single day. Blatantly ignores what is ordered about half the time. They close their drive thru every day it seems. Your best bet is to really just take a further drive to ponce or something. This crew really doesn’t care.Dude this location seriously sucks.
Went in here to get lunch.The young lady on the intercom was very matter of fact.She proceeded to tell me everything they were out of .Cups was one of these items . How the hell are you out of cups .She then told me.everything was sold individually. Then what I ordered the didn't know how to make it .These place shines a.whole new light on poor staff and poor ordering skills on someone's part .I gave them a 2 stars because they at least.got my order right.I won't be back to this place .?
