i have never once gotten through the drive thru at this taco bell in less than 20 minutes. the people working inside are friendly/professional and make the food well but they're super short staffed and this is the only place in the area open after 11pm. the manager needs to pay more and hire more people before they drive all their customers away
It consistently takes no less than 20 minutes to get through this location. Most recently, it took ten minutes to get to the menu only to see that they could only take cash. I waited at least another 20 minutes just to get through the line to leave. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what. Management needs to be empowered to support their staff better.
This location is the worst I’ve ever seen. They only have the drive through as a option to order in person and the lines is always half way around the building. I Ordered 3 chicken quesadillas and 2 sod tacos. I waited 20 minute in line to order and then an additional 15 minutes to receive my food. All three quesadillas had hardly any chicken and that’s being nice. Two of the three quesadillas didn’t even have chicken throughout them leaving me with two quesadillas that are half cheese only. Also it was shredded and not chopped as advertised. The cherry on top of this experience is this location is more expensive than others. I can’t stress enough don’t waist you time and money on this place.
Super inconsistent. When I get food, it's fine... but 50% of the time I show up, they closed an hour early. There's no other food around so I've tried here a few times and regularly have waited 30+ minutes in the drive through, after placing an order at the speaker, just to be told they already were closing and won't make any more food (well before their scheduled closing time)You'd get food faster at a sit down restaurant, so I have no idea what they're doing in there. Don't make me wait 30+ minutes to NOT EVEN GET FOOD before your close time.
First off it's Sunday afternoon, no line in the drive through, no cars in the parking lot but ALL the young kid employees outside by the drive through speaker playing, on break I guess. But explain how you're TACO BELL with bo taco shells...PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS because I can understand anything else but why isn't a MOD or something at a warehouse trying to get TACO SHELLS..at this point you should have just been closed or at least get the "kid employees" that was having so much fun outside clean up a little.
Everytime I come to this taco bell I get attitude from the time she take the oder until the time she sees you at the window its always like she is being a bully about. But today was the last straw I'm done with this taco bell period. today I ordered 12 regular tacos and 6 Dorito tacos just to see if they are better best I paid more for them and tbh the dorito tacos was an extra $6 so my bill was $39 for 4 people to eat.. but they were better. The regular tacos taste old or like they was fried from old grease just nasty or the tacos were old it self it smells old WHY sell.it to.someones kids if it old. This is the worst taco bell in Decatur ga.i threw it all away I could not take that old smell...
Delivery driver hell,they won't let you come in to get delivery orders, they will make you wait in thier line that services one car every 10 minutes, it's not worth your time, even as a consumer the wait isn't worth it, the drive thru at this location is so poorly designed so that once you're in line and a car gets behind you ,you become trapped and unable to leave
Nobody should waste their time driving to this Taco Bell. It is the worst one in the city. They are never open despite Google saying they should be. I have attempted to come here twice to pick up online orders just to find out it’s shut down. It’s such a waste of my time and money spent on gas. It is absolutely unacceptable. This restaurant might as well shutdown for good because they clearly do not care about their customers. They are disrespectful of our time. If I had known they were closed from the beginning, I would’ve chosen a different restaurant. Please do yourself a favor and just find yourself the nearest Waffle House instead. It’s much more reliable.
Food was regular Taco Bell but the service time is the problem. I understand having to wait for food to be prepared but sometimes it’s as if they’ve all gone on a 15 minute break inside and forgot about the pending orders in line.
Don’t waste your time unless nothing else is open and your starving - literally. Long wait for cold, overpriced and ill-prepared (often incorrect) “food” while staff does anything but work. Also, be sure to read the cancer warnings on your receipt or in the app.
