Supreme fish delight has always had good fish and fries! Not today, at the Wesley Chaple location. This is my first to this location. I ordered Trout and fries. The fish was Super Disgusting! The trout didn't taste like trout at all it was full of bones! That made me angry I almost thew up twice trying to eat this the fries were so hard like they'd been microwaved to reheat. I had to throw it out. They offer no refunds or exchange of the food. As I noticed a sing stating that when picked up my food, so i didn't bother to call. If a Restaurant can't Guarantee the quality of their food, then they shouldn't be serving people. This was by far the worst fish I've ever had. So bad that I have never done a review on a Restaurant Wesley Chaple Supreme Fish Delight should be shut down! I have one star only because I has to to post. They should get minus 3 stars.
They gave me the wrong order after waiting 25mins and then, the wings were cooked too hard when they finally gave me the right order. 45 minutes total of unpleasant service.
I ordered two trout dinners. The fish was fried too hard and did not have any seasoning, it smelled like the oil was old and stale, as well as being very greasy. They also got the order wrong. This was a takeout order, I got in my car and returned these orders to them within a few minutes of opening them. I will NEVER GO TO THIS RESTURANT AGAIN. This place doesn't even deserve an one, it's that poor.
I ordered a 3 piece trout dinner for take out. The fish was not fresh and wasn't white and flaky at all. It was a tan color. It didn't taste right so I ended up throwing the fish away and only ate the sides. I didn't want to risk getting sick. I more than likely won't return to this location.
05/11/2022 we waited 35 minutes for our food , food was cold , girl on front counter never called out number and we were sitting in the place, she said she did and when we ask for manager they said he does not speak any English ( how u communicate with your employees if u don’t speak English ) Manager would never come out to see what the problem is , the same girl on front counter was cursing , where is customer service ??? We need to stop giving them our business, we deserve better in our neighborhood and they hiring people with no training
Usually y’all good but not today! The service not the food. Young lady at the register with large beats headphones on taking orders but can’t hear! If she say “huh” to me one more time!!! Then my order is wrong and I had to wait 40 mins because they lost the ticket. This review is in real time… order made at 7:37 it’s is not 8:10 abs I’m still waiting.. ticket number 1081. Also let me add the cooks homeboy came in ordered 2 pieces of Pearch and a piece of whiting and got it for free.. in like 6 mins. Only tipped the girls $3. Check ya cameras if u think I’m lying!
Not like they use to be, shrimp not fresh, the shrimps are straight From the bag from Kroger's, and I asked for a two-piece fish they cut one piece of fish in half then called it a two-piece it's a shame when you have to go to the north side of town just to get good food or what you pay for even though you might pay more money on the north side of town you will get quality food and I think that's more important I will not be going back
They accidentally put in 2 fish sandwiches, but I had ordered 2 fish salads. I noticed the error on my receipt. I added more $$ and essentially paid $8 a piece for the salads and they only gave us 1 piece of fish between 2 salads. One salad had 3 small bits of fish on it, and the other had the rest of the one piece of fish. When I have come before it was overflowing with fish on top. Each salad is supposed to have 2 pieces of fish each on it. It says it on the menu. I called the manager to let them know and she compensated me 2 free salads when I come back the next day (tomorrow). I say that was great customer service by the manager. But the cook needs to pay more attention.
I should’ve have left after reading the reviews! These reviews are true. This new ownership at Fish Supreme Delight the fish is not the same. No season……presentation of my catfish family meal was barely cooked. The hush puppies were still raw in the inside of a few. So disappointed with this. Spent $27 to donate hopefully for another cook.First time I have left a BAD REVIEW, but this is unacceptable for this to happen in my community after being here for 22 yrs.I will not be supporting this business anymore. I threw away my food after tasting it. The cold slaw taste terrible as well. Should’ve driven further to Kings Seafood on Glenwood!!!!!
Worst fish ever! It was fried in burnt grease and either fried too long or refried! I was super disappointed ? I will never give them another 40 plus dollars to be unsatisfied. Don't ever sell a person something u won't eat and all sales are final even though u pay before you see it hard lesson learned
