Supreme Burger was a vendor at my job via Fooda. Firstly, the two workers did not wear gloves, hair net (one had locks the other had a bush, or a mask.Secondly, one of the workers put a side of beans on my coworkers plate that she did not ask for. When this was brought to the workers attention (after discussing this over the OPEN plate) the worker scooped the beans back into the pan that would be served to others. I purchased a lemonade from the stand, after purchasing and leaving the food stand, it was brought to my attention that there was an ANT in my drink. I took my drink back to the station and the employee insisted that I put the ant in my drink because “It wasn’t there when I purchased it.” I told him that he should not argue with a customer and insisted that I be refunded. The employee continued to argue, while placing my money on the counter and said “I hope you find a better job!” This customer service should not be tolerated and I will ensure that a business like this will no longer be servicing my place of employment. To top it all off, they ran out of to-go trays 30 min. into their shift which shows that they were ill-prepared.
Burger was over cooked, like super charred on the outside, but good sized. Fries could have been cooked a little more. Chicken wings are pathetically tiny, like pheasant sized. Lol
it's cheap..I only had a burger..it's was decent..But it felt like a cheaper checkers burger and fries..But I haven't tried it all so..the word is still out..
This Supreme Burgers service is terrible. I don't know why their review score isn't lower. Ever since they opened on Columbia Drive I have tried to be an active customer, but out of all the times I have ordered from them, they NEVER get the order right. I have had to return orders many times because they just do not pay attention to the details of the order printed on the ticket. This time, I ordered it from UberEats because I was craving a turkey burger. Thinking enough time has gone by since my last bad experience that they couldn't possibly mess up one turkey burger - no fries, no drink.... I ended up paying $17 for the turkey patty and buns in the picture. No cheese or other toppings (which is what I wanted)When I call the store, they tell me their is no manager available. I had to ask multiple questions before they finally put the "lead cook" on the phone and he preceded to tell me I asked for turkey patty and bun in my description. Then they upcharged me for it being turkey instead of beef.BEWARE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I was actually excited to eat here . Being where the place is located I would assume the prices would be a bit lower then what they are.#1 combo for $11 plus tax save your money . I noticed one of the males there didn’t have any gloves on , first red flag ,they also didn’t have their masks like we are not in a pandemic. My fries were still cold in the middle. My burger was still burnt and dry. Being a black owned business this is extremely disappointing and they need to do better . Whoever is in charge is definitely not thinking about the black community
Great service to match the amazing food! Burgers we're all on point and cooked perfectly. Tasted like it came right off your uncle's BBQ. Onion rings are to die for. 10/10 recommend!
Very courteous. The food was great. It didn't take long & they brought it out to the car. The guy that brought out the who I believe was also the cook that day was very nice.
Took a bite out of this burger and fully started cussing with my mouth full. It’s ridiculously good. I got the supreme burger and it was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and so affordable I thought there was a mistake ringing it up. The fries are crispy, salted but not too salty, the peach punch tastes exactly how peach punch should, and I got a little personal sweet potato pie that made me want to cry. Go to burger spot from now on.
The cook made my bean burger exactly how I asked w fresh crispy fries, delicious !!
I’ve had several of their burgers ? and all of them were delicious will definitely go back there
