Ordered online picked up the order went home and the order was missing ingredients. So I returned and tried to explain what was wrong. With the language barrier I guess he didn't understand and handed me my sandwiches back. After explaining 3 more times I then asked for my money back which he then said he would correct it. The lady took the sandwiches opened them and proceeded to put the missing ingredients on. I asked again for my money back and was told to cancel in the app. I go to the app and it says the store in which I ordered has to reimburse for the order. I had to threaten to call the police in order to get my money back and was told to NEVER RETURN
This is easily the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I made a pickup order via Uber Eats. When I got there, I sent my son in to get the order. He was in there 10 minutes and came out empty handed. He told me they didn’t have the order. I thought he meant they didn’t get the order from Uber, so I gave him my phone to show them the order and tell them since I was already charged for it, I expected my food.My son came out about 5 minutes later with 1 sandwich. I ordered 2 footlongs. One was a chicken melt with only cheese, onions and sauce on it. And one was a grilled chicken with cheese, spinach, lettuce, tomato, and jalepeno on it. The sandwich my son came out with was hot, so I assumed that was the melt (his sandwich). When I asked him where my sandwich was, he said they didn’t have the ingredients. I asked if they offered to refund my money for that sandwich and he said no. So now I had to go in, which I was trying to avoid. That was the whole reason I ordered via Uber and paid in advance so my son could just grab the order and go.So I get inside, one worker is helping to customers, while the other is looking at her phone, mask hanging UNDER her nose. So I tell her my son just came in twice and at first there was nothing ready at all and then they only gave him one sandwich and didn’t refund my money. So then she says “I told him we didn’t have any chicken. I mean, we have that chicken,” she pointed to what looked like an empty container from my vantage point, “But not enough for a footlong and you don’t want Teriyaki. I think there’s enough for a six inch.” Still didn’t offer to refund my money, and at this point, I wasn’t confident she would even if I asked and she said she would. So I asked her for a tuna sandwich instead. She made that according to my instructions, and I left.Then I get home and my son opens his sandwich, and it looks and tastes like hot garbage. They put very little chicken, I don’t even know what kind of smelly cheese that was, no onions (which he asked for) and lettuce, spinach, and jalepenos (which he did not ask for) and toasted it all to melt the cheese. Oh, and the bread was wrong too. He couldn’t eat it. It reeked and I tasted it and it was awful.I would give that place zero stars if I could. It’s awful. I wouldn’t go there again if they were the last restaurant on Earth.
I always went to this subway in Walmart...Always got good service..If I had any problem it be some customers in front of you that can't decide what they want..or just want to complain about something ?
They didn’t had a lot of ingredients for a lot of sandwiches then said they don’t know how to fold a flat bread then have the nerve to tell me if I know how to do it then I can fold my sandwich telling me to go behind the counter with attitude I did not appreciate the service here at all don’t get your sandwich here
first of all I have been going here for over a year now and on this day I bought I sub from them online. I asked for a BLT with light mayo. When I got to work I opened my sandwich and it with covered in mayo.i went back there for possibly a remake it and the manager said no and said all he could do is scrape off the Mayo off with his glove hands and a knife and gave it back. If that is subway policy then this chain and company have no type of customer service nor satisfaction. Very dissatisfied and disappointed they way they treated me and there customers and the community surrounding them. Do not give this one service. They don't care.

Do not order Tuna. I ordered a Tuna sandwich, but the older Indian lady gave me a vegetable sandwich with Tuna residue only! So cheap is she! She refused to give me extra oil and vinegar, extra pickles, or sprinkle extra black pepper on my sandwich. I will NEVER go back to this location.
This store has a number of customer service problems. The first issue was they did not want to honor my valid coupon but she eventually did. They then shorted my footlong turkey by 6 pieces of meat. I called a friend who owns 50 Subways and took half of my sandwich for his inspection. He told me it is Subway corporate standard to put 12 pieces of meat on a footlong. I called this store and informed of their cheating me and she hung up the phone. This store is the worst.
Two girls sat on their phones behind the register while I waited to be assisted. The sandwiches I ordered were put together so sloppy and everything was falling apart. I asked for 2 fountain drink cups and I was given 2 little plastic cups. They were mopping while people were in the place, and no signs were put up. This was a waste of my time and money.
