This Subway is nothing short of pathetic. All jokes aside they are truly pathetic. No pride and pure incompetence. I haven't had a order Yet that has been correct. If you order through DoorDash you might as well flush your money down the nearest toilet. Go to Quiznos or Publix. You have been warned
I asked for a foot long BLT. She burnt my sandwich then I told her it’s burnt and she said she would remake it. She did the same thing a second time and burned it again. She didn’t spread out ingredients evenly so parts of my sandwich was just bread. Worst experience would not recommend
This subway location is so clean with a score of 92, the staff wash their hands in between each customer. The tuna sub was so fresh and good.
I needed a sub to bring to a gathering. I was pressed for time so i choose Subway over Publix. There were only 2ppl on line when i went in the store & one of those 2 where on the 2nd half so, I'm like perfect. I will be in and out! As waited and waited, I'm thinking i should have went to publix, as she fills all the on line orders while I wait. I get it stores, short staffed. But then to add insult after waiting, to keep this short- even if you get a footlong sub, and the sandwich maker cuts it into alot pieces more than I asked for - but clearly the sandwich not for one person to eat. - per the server - the manager has told his staff to give 3 napkins per footlong, 2 for a 6inch. And she can only give me 2 more napkins upon request only. She let me know this when i asked "How much do i have to pay for napkins?" Go to publix for your sub.
Rude and very unprofessional!!!I will never buy anything from this Subway ever again! The sandwich artist I was served by (#1103) was so rude. I told her what I wanted and she did not listen. I asked for my meat, bread and cheese to be toasted. She proceeded to make the sandwich without toasting. I reminded her that I wanted the meat, bread and cheese toasted. She put the whole sandwich in the toaster, veggies and all! She noticed the look on my face and asked if I wanted her to remake the sandwich. I said yes please. That is when the huffing, puffing and the rolling of the eyes began as if I had offended her. She made me a very substandard sandwich with two thin slices of meat. I am done! A little customer service training would go a long way. I will NEVER return to this location. There are too many Subway stores to be subjected to this type foolishness and there is always Publix and other sandwich shops.
The young ladies there are very unprofessional. When I walked in only one was working. The two were in the back. Then I got a whole attitude because of my order that wasn't even ready. They act like they don't want a job and customers are bothering them when they walk in. Very bad service
The moment I walked in I was harassed by a group of patrons telling me that I don’t belong there because I’m white. They would not leave me alone and the staff was silent. The staff did not make any attempt to stop them from harassing me. I was in the subway for 2 minutes and decided to leave because the group would not stop harassing me. The staff did nothing.
Customer service was terrible. There hiring young children in the establishment and they have no type of hospitality. A dark skinned gentlemen with dreads had on no mask, and treated the food any kind of way. Also a light skinned gentleman could not wrap the sandwiches correctly, he then even took off his gloves opened up the sandwich and tried to wrap it.

The worst experience ever. I got in to pick up my order; keep in mind I’m vaccinated. And two massless employees tell me to put on my mask while putting on their masks, touching themselves and cracking jokes at my expense. After not washing their hands; they proceed to make my pick up order while talking trash about their jobs and customers they’ve served. The little boy with dreads seemed to be in charge and did nothing to control his ignorant thuggish friend.
