This use to be my go to Starbucks due to the other location on N Decatur being busy all the time. The last two times I visited this location I had to make a complaint regarding the baristas not washing their hands after touching the register and returning from the storage area. They give you attitude when you ask them to wash their hands.
Of course this is a Starbucks that is inside a Kroger so it is actually affected by the Kroger itself which is a very busy Kroger.
So rude and petty. I Asked for her to make my drink again , she filled the cup up half way the second time. Lol I can not make this up
Long wait. He asked my order at least three times then needed help with the register. The older lady was like zip zip zip done!! Maybe he was a new employee.
At one time the staff was not friendly at this location, but now there is 2 really nice employees, that know how to blend my drink well.
My mocha was perfect but the young lady was alone and seemed overwhelmed and tired.
The place was nice and quick
My coffee was soooo good!!! But here it always is.
This Starbucks is located inside of Kroger and is just awesomely placed! The young lady who served me had a nice smile on her face and after pouring my coffee, she made sure to ask me if there was something else that I needed. A smiling face helps to make the day go good!
Great customer service! Chelsea was great and provided an excellent experience.
