Aww I hate to do it. The work force is mainly young teens or new college aged post highschool employees. No social/people/customer service skills. No sense of responsibility. What can management do because who is going to work for $15/18 an hour when gas is $4.39 cent. I come here because it’s convenient but it’s just honestly ALWAYS a hit or miss and the misses are just randomly closing the store. Randomly changing the hours. In line and the store is closed by the time you get to the window? Store policy changing day by day. The parking attendant or off duty office neerrverrrrrr regulates the traffic flow. People block the entrance to 5 min park. Yes yes…. Everyone is doing their best but I’m just going to use my last points and delete the app. The are bigger problems I won’t let this one be one. Water is better anyways.
Today I'm impressed. It's clean and well staff. The bathroom are nice and clean.
I had my Credit Card information stolen, not by a worker , but by a patron sitting at a table outside close to the drive thru line. I stupidly added funds to my Starbucks app while waiting in the drive-thru line via my debit card. I must mention that my debit card, like most, is a contactless chip. The young thief was holding a pink phone in her hand almost like she was videotaping the line. Immediately after I loaded my Starbucks card, the young thief motioned to another thief who then nodded towards me then disappeared around the corner of the store. Not long after(maybe 2hrs). started getting alerts from WellFargo asking me to confirm purchases in San Francisco. Starbucks has been the only place where the debit card was used as I normally use credit Cards to get the reward points. I tried calling Starbucks to let them know what was happening in hopes of soaring someone the hassle of losing money and having to get another card but I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions. Starbucks coffee is great but at the cost of losing money.
I didn't go to Starbucks. I went to the Walmart in that same area but they only had three lines open with them being ridiculously long. So I left there & I'm now at the Walmart on Gresham Road.
Same Starbucks as any other Starbucks except you need to alot 30 mins to get your order! If not you will be late to whatever you have to do. Used to like coming here, now it's a drag every time.
This Starbucks is busier than most. As of this writing, please have a spare mask in the car -- this location's mask policy doesn't change often and applies irrespective of vaccination status. The drive thru is quick but long and it wraps through the parking lot making it difficult for other drivers to park and pick-up. Still, it's better to order ahead. If you're 8-15 minutes out, go ahead and order through the app. Most often than not, you'll find that trying to get through the drive thru will cost you far more time than the two minutes it takes to grab & go. Additionally, this location frequently closes the diner for ordering in line, so you'll find your only two options are order ahead and drive thru.
Very popular spot. Usually very crowded but this visit surprisingly not too much. But always well worth any wait time because of the superb customer service! One of my favorites!!!
Drive thru location. Fast, fresh and hot!!! Friendly service!!!
it’s honestly a pretty slow location and the store is small, but there is some good outdoor seating and the workers are always nice
The baristas working tonight (12/13) were super kind and incredible! They went above and beyond to help me out with my request and did so while still keeping the drive thru line moving. I didn’t catch their names but a big thank you to all that were working the drive thru ☺️
