I sat and watched as they mixed up everyone’s orders. Mine came around and I tried to tell them in the moment it was wrong. She continued to add regular milk and was made when it was supposed to be almond. They were also kind of rude after after having to fix the mistake. The first drink looked so good and I guess they just got mad and handed me this.
Wrong orders, really slow, dont know the ingredients. Worst Starbucks you can come to. Its inside of kroger. Make you self a favor and dont come here
This Starbucks location has taken a 180 degree turn around from when they first opened. A turn for the better. The last 4-5 times I have visited, service has consistently been excellent. Now they usually have 2 people staffed to take and process orders and everything we order is actually in stock. The staff is friendly and greets you when you place your order. The area that used to have overflowing garbage and dirty milk/sugar section is not completely clean.Keep up the great work!!!! I will keep coming back. Let’s support our local Starbucks!
Its so annoying and such an inconvenience when you drive so far because you think that a place is open just to get there and they're always closed please put up the correct hours if you're not going to be open so people not wasting their time such an inconvenience
Literally every time I’ve been here there has been an issue whether they didn’t have espresso drinks or they have some issue where there’s workers but they aren’t open. This is always my last resort when the Starbucks I usually got to in the south is too busy and without fail when I come here I always end up without getting Starbucks for the day. Beyond disappointing
I hope management reads these reviews-If store closes at 8 that doesnt mean close down at 7:30 to clean. Do better! I have encountered this location closing early several times!! Hire help!!
I haven’t been there yet and they have everything on the menu. They were always out of something. In a grocery store??? I stopped going. Hopefully, someone will open a real Starbucks in Decatur. This ain’t it.
The store hrs are listed for them to close at 8pm but i have walked in between 7:30-7:45 , on several occasions, and been denied service from a barista with a nasty attitude

This Starbucks is filthy. The cashier/barista has a horrible attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone
