The food was extremely delicious. This was definitely a treat for me lol considering the price. I willabsolutely go back a least once a month for my craving of seafood. LOVE IT!
Use to be my favorite restaurant since they grand opening but now the crew keeps changing and the food just not the same anymore and the prices are sickening now do better guys yall use to be the spot spot now I must fall back the great vibes are no longer present I use to be willing to wait the long wait now I must have an alternative due to the new cook and crew
First time here around 11:30am. The food is very overpriced, even considering the current inflation. They also put way TOO MUCH SALT/seasoning on my food! Hard to enjoy it. I also wasn't sure it was actually fresh (possibly frozen). I was told there would be a 10 min wait time but the wait was more like 30+ mins. I should have just gone to Pappadeux. Spent $62 just for 2 crab clusters, 1/2 lb of shrimp, 1 potato, half ear of corn, and small broccoli ($40 of this was for 2 crab clusters @ 28.99 per lb). Not sure I will return and feel like I need to go check my blood pressure and drink a ton of water! Also, I asked for an itemized receipt and saw I was charged a mysterious $2 fee that was in additional to the $1 cooking fee . They shouldn't charge for butter when you spend an arm and a leg in the first place.
The place was out of everything , a lot of ppl were talking and the customers were all confused about what was happening. You could definitely tell the difference from the ppl who come in there all the time vs the newcomers. Very chaotic but i also take that as a good sign because that means that they must be doing something right for all the repeat business they were getting.
I have been going here for years and never had a problem best seafood on the east side but the white boy they hired got a real nasty attitude when I’m paying y’all you not paying me but other than that great food but bad customer service from him !!!!!
This is my usual go to when I crave NO style crawfish and turkey necks. I realize prices are going up everywhere so @ $9lb is expected but please don't charge us that then give us a standard mix size that 70% newborns that shouldn't even be a legal size to sell.
The food was really good. The costs has increased substantially but so has everything else. I didn't like that there was no true line to place an order. I saw a few folks cut in front of others who were waiting to place their order.
I received Excellent customer service here! Perfect seasoning, not salty at all. The shrimp,broccoli and corn was NOT over cooked.The price is a little expensive ,however you get what you pay for and that’s quality! Thumbs up staff…!
Food is really good wait time is longer than 15 every time I go!
My family has been coming here for years and never had a complaint. The staff may change but they keep getting better!
