M-F everything runs smoothly. However Sat & Sun seems to be impossible for ever is scheduled to work. There’s is always a line in drive through & never open on the inside. People, including myself, eventually bail out & leave the drive through after the long wait & no other option to go in for whatever reason. AGAIN just on Sat & Sun this is an issues.
I ordered a 32oz Caribbean Way smoothie with frozen yogurt. First they gave me the wrong size smoothie I order a 32oz and was given a 20oz smoothie. Second they remade the smoothie as a 32oz but did not include the vanilla frozen yogurt that a paid extra for and the smoothie tasted terrible it was super grainy with big pieces of ice and had no flavor. I’m extremely disappointed. I wasted $10 and my time for a smoothie that taste like water and was so crunchy with ice pieces. I will not be coming back to this location.
Apparently charging $36 for two smoothies is not enough to cover asking for 2 extra foam cups. I guess each franchise owner makes their own rules. Good to know.
Attempted to pick up a mobile order and had the worst experience. Will not be returning to this location. The staff was rude when I went in to pick up my order that apparently didn't go through properly despite giving me a mobile receipt. Even though I had a receipt on the SK app with the store's address and everything, I was treated like I had the wrong location, like it was just my problem, etc. The woman was talking across the room to me instead of taking a moment to walk up to where I was and speak to me. I could not hear her. I had to walk around the counter just to be able to understand what she was saying. They were continuing to assist other people, despite the fact that I had ordered a whole 20 minutes earlier. I feel like a whole hour long lunch break was wasted just trying to get someone to help me with my order, and it took about 15-20 minutes for anyone to actually do anything other than ignore me or have me show them the same receipt and re-explain my issue. By the time one of them got on the phone with someone, no idea who because no one was properly communicating to me, I had to leave or I would have been late returning to work.
I have been complaining about the service hear slot so it wouldn't be fair if I didn't leave a good review the last couple of trips I've been greeted from everyone the manager acknowledged me by name so just wanna say thank you awesome team customer service update thanks you so much for concern about my complaint you got a customer for life
Too much sugar!!! If you like super super sweet like whole bag of sugar in one drink, then this is the place for you. Liquid sweets! I will continue to make my own at home. Never will be back to this lication.
The store is always clean with friendly and helpful manage and workers
It’s 8:05am, They never open on time! It always something every morning. The staff has an attitude as well

Smoothies are always good but a greeting and a smile would be great!?
