Let me begin by saying the customer service I received at the Bar was good, no actual complaint on how I personally was treated. HOWEVER, upon sitting at the bar I realized where I sat had not been wiped down from the previous guest. While sitting at the bar I literally witnessed 3 separate groups of people get up from the bar, and others coming in to sit down right behind them and not once was the area cleaned from the previous guest. The bartender simply removed old plates and glasses and laid down menus for the next guest..so much for “sanitation”. As I proceeded to leave I saw the sanitation score which was a 80 (B).. points shy of a C.

When I placed my order and told them I would like salmon instead of chicken with my linguine, which I get all the time at other red lobster’s, they told me they couldn’t allow me to get the salmon unless i had it with rice as she showed me in the pic on the menu. I advised her that I always order it and have the salmon rang separately. Her not her manager could figure out how to do that. I was brought my salad at the end of the meal and I just felt they may not have any sense. I usually have better satisfaction with red lobster but unfortunately not today. I just go to one that’s not in Decatur GA from now on

Not only was my VERY SMALL claw missing legs, I ordered Clam Chowder however I received Lobster Bisque instead!!! Even a salad requesting no tomatoes was made wrong!!! Never again through DoorDash!!! I’m very disappointed! ?

Need new staff! Every time I go there’s a server name Antoinette with THE worst attitude. The last time I was there she was fighting with another server in the kitchen. Then my husband comes home last weekend saying he had the same waitress & she refused to serve him after telling the host she wasn’t taking anymore tables because she was ready to go. The manager was very apologetic & she even offered to get a new server but that doesn’t excuse this waitresses awful behavior! she needs to be fired

I was seated in bar area for lunch on a Monday. It took an hour & half to finally get 2 salads & 2 drinks. The wine glass had lipstick on it already. Bartender needs sanitation (infection control) training. Waiter refused to write down orders so he can get it right. He forgot details the second he walked away. Returned over & over.

Server had to be reminded of several items. Kitchen sent main course out before soup and salad. Quality of food was good but there is a disconnect between kitchen and dining.

This was an online order to-go. Food was ready at the time promised and service was fine. Those are the good points.Usually my food is great, but not this time.I ordered the salmon New Orleans, one of my favorites, with rice. The salmon was just ok, most of the shrimp were hard, and I'm not sure when/why the rice "recipe" changed (want the long grain rice pilaf that is normally served), but the rice was terrible.
