Really red beans when cooked produce a sauce, which is supposed to be put over the rice. Do y'all really giving family size containers with beans on the bottom (that's a joke only 5 beans and no sauce they produce). For the family meal price we should have gotten at least some sayce even if we didn't have the 5 beans. Anyway for the peice the meal was weak.
Yummy! We got our Memorial Day lunch here via the drive thru. Service was quick; clerk was very cheery and courteous. The chicken, red beans and rice, and biscuits were all cooked perfectly and seasoned just right!!!! We loved the portions as well - perfectly sized chicken and perfectly made biscuits. We'll visit this location again when we are nearby.
DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I went here about a few weeks ago to pick up an order I placed online. I was asked to pull up and they will bring me out my order. Before I even left the parking area, I looked over my order to make sure it was correct. Everything was correct except for a large coleslaw that I ordered. I walked up to the drive thru window and said that my order was partially incorrect. She then told me I could come inside. I walked inside and a worker was like, how did she get in? I told them I was allowed to come inside and that my order was supposed to include a large side of coleslaw and I only got a small side of coleslaw. Without even double checking my order, they placed another large size in my bag and didn't even apologize or anything. I take customer service seriously so to not even admit that they made a mistake and the inconvenience that it has caused, only tells me I do better to go to another location. I don't have time to do business with any restaurant that doesn't admit their mistakes or value it's customers. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!
The customer service was horrible. The restooms were locked requesting assistance to use and I asked to use the restroom after having done a 2 hour drive and was told the bathroom was closed. I asked if the restroom was broken and was advised that it wasn't,it's just closed. They didn't want to clean the restroom so aren't allowing customers to use it. The manager was absolutely disgusting and this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are definitely in need of new management
This place is nasty. It’s food every where and they are very rude even the manager. It’s no reason for anyone to be waiting for food in the inside if no one is inside. And then the manager touching the food with her hands no gloves on at all.
Went to Popeye's on Wesley chapel today to order a fish sandwich combo which comes with the sandwich, one side and a small drink. They up charge me because management failed to order the correct size cup that is needed for this order so they said they would have to charge me more because they're using a medium cup. Why do I have to pay for management being irresponsible. Is it me or has customer service at fast food restaurant change for the worst
The food is consistently good. The customer service is consistently good. This location checks all of the appropriate fast food buttons. Keep up to the good work.
When we arrived at the window, I told her it’s a pick up order and she asked me to drive around. We pulled up at the window and she gave me a total. I informed her again I already paid and had a pick up order. I gave her my name and ask can I have 2 thighs and wing. She stated it’s already made and can’t be changed. I got the order, they didn’t have hot sauce, honey or jelly or ketchup. She then handed me the drink and it wasn’t what I ordered nor did she give me the other drink I ordered. We had to go back and forth because they gave me attitude. I told her I didn’t want the order anymore and she told me I can’t take it back through the window and I gotta get a refund through whoever I ordered from! I would never go there again and my first pick up order experience was horrible.
Every Sunday everyone I was hungry and I was really really hungry so I decided to pick up some Popeyes guys it was good it was very good but going to the bathroom with other thing I meant I thought I was going to heaven so guys with this being said when you run it and you running fast and you want to pick up something know this it might taste good and go down good but when it comes out it is not good but the food was good hey I should go check it out I am trying to stay on alien diet but I was running fast and I was trying to get something to eat it's okay I prefer not to eat there but it was good cuz I'm hungry I'll take it easy be safe out there and y'all go get some Popeyes God bless no stress
They have improved. The food actually comes HOT now. I'm loving it
