This store gets a 1 star. I spent my money on a combo and asked for water with it and I was told I’d be charged the same price as a soda like what????Then I asked for spicy chicken and received mild. Ask for hot sauce and honey the didn’t have any… Wow just Wow!!!! I live in Marietta and had visited family in Decatur. I’ll never return to this location again. Charging for water REALLY!!!!
Very long line and long wait in the drive thru. The place is closed for dining in. The drive thru staff were polite, and my order was accurate. Wish they didn't put my coleslaw in the box with steaming hot chicken. I like my coleslaw cold. It was warm when I got home. The biscuits were hard and dry. Not the soft buttery ones I used to love.
Yeah this location was on memorial drive I live in Grayson however I normally would venture to memorial drive candler road West end or something like that for either churches or Popeyes cuz their food seems to be different however this place had burned chicken and they had just opened I was so disappointed mainly because of the location and my expectations but also because it was Popeyes and I've never gotten chicken like that from Popeyes before. I truly believe that they count on you not coming back but I was so upset I didn't eat the food and I drove all the way back before I even got to my destination. I can't say that I won't go there again but I know they expectations will be different and before I drive away from the window I'll make sure that I get my order also my order was incomplete but they took my coupon which clearly stated what I ordered and I didn't even have a full order either. As you can see I was not happy but when I did the return the manager was wonderful and very apologetic so that's the only reason why I would give them a second chance because her level of professionalism is rarely seen in that area.
Food was hot but spicy chicken was not spicy at all. It had what looked like spicy seasoning but was far from it.If it was spicy would have been great. Restroom didn't have no towels to dry hands after washing them
Used to be a good place to get a chicken sandwich. My last few trips there have been awful - long line and slow, out of chicken sandwiches or other things, cold food that just seemed significantly lower quality than the time before. But my last trip there will have me never returning. A homeless man was walking up to all the cars knocking on windows asking for money in the drive thru line, then gave up and just walked around the parking lot with his d**k out. Definitely lost my appetite.
They are super slow. I was doing door dash. They asked for the names at the speaker. They did not pull the tickets to start the orders until I got to the window and then asked me to pull forward. Before I left the window I asked for extra hot sauce, honey, and ketchup. When the orders came out, I got tartar sauce and like three packets of ketchup. I repeated what I asked for and was told there was no honey or hot sauce. But, when she came back with the drinks, miraculouly there was two packets of hot sauce along with more ketchup. I asked for more hot sauce but she said that was all they had. Two other cars were asked to pull up after me. It's a good thing I'm not a huge fan of Popeyes or this would have turned me off.
Writing this from the drive-thru. Well, actually by the door after we sat in the drive-thru for nearly 30-minutes. My order of chicken tenders wasn’t ready when I got to the window, so I was told to pull up. Where I had to wait another 10-minutes for my order. Ridiculous! If you can’t run a “fast food” restaurant effectively, then close it down.
I give it ZERO stars!! Worst Popeyes ever DO NOT go there! Not Even for a quick bite!! These folks be out of EvERYThINg and they close early than what their suppose to!!!! The wait time sucks and so does the customer service. I really wish fast food get it together. It’s like ppl don’t care about other ppl anymore, just there for that lil check! I’d rather you stay at home! I want to be treated well when I spend my money! No smiles, not welcoming at all!! ‘Chick fil a’ really need to train a lot of fast food. New Manager and employees needed! Throw the whole Popeyes away.
A young lady name Angela was the best most polite helpful Young lady I've ran into in Amin she was truly a breath of fresh air. If yall ever let her go I'll never come back.
The food is always hot and delicious. Excellent customer service always. Be patient because it's Usually Busy but Definitely Worth the Wait!
