I wish to give a 5 star review as to not mess up their overall ratingThe place is well managed, pretty, and in a convenient locationthe portions are greatThough, the chicken sandwich here is a little on the greasy side. It has coleslaw in the sandwich. The texture of the chicken is a little different too.
First time to eat at a Ponko. Went on Friday night before seeing show at Eddies Attic. The food was amazing and service equally impressive. Demi and Jasmine (hope spelling is correct) we’re so welcoming and pleasant. In a time me when any help is a blessing these two made my wife and I feel like we were pretty special - thanks for great experience. We will be back.
Food is great but I don't like being charged for things that was never mentioned to me to be an additional Charge. I asked for a side of barbecue sauce because the tenders have very little sauce on them sometimes. They Charged 1.50$ for a tiny side sauce. I never checked my bill because they didn't say anything about an additional charge. Not cool...just turned me off from going to this location.
Food was good and not terribly expensive (which automatically adds a star these days!)One very minor quibble - they drizzled soy sauce over the rice without mentioning that - I prefer to not have anyone put any kind of sauces on my food - except me. Had they told me about it I could have asked them not to do it at all.
Wow that chicken is juicy, 3 styles: BBQ, spicy, and OG were all great. Excellent service, fast and clean
Poor customer service. After order through DoorDash, order was never confirmed for pickup. When I went to the store the food had been sitting for over an hour. I asked to cancel the DoorDash order and place a new order and was told that I would be refunded for the $50 DoorDash. I was never refunded and the manager has not called to rectify the issue. I will never eat here, order this or recommend it to anyone. Better chicken at Chic Fil A across the street.
I recommend this place if you want good food and a nice size salad.
The food is amazing here. The portions don't look that big, but they are very filling. The food came out hot and fresh and was delicious. The sauce was delicious and all of the food was well seasoned. The cherry on top was the service from Demi. I had never been to a Ponko Chicken and Demi made recommendations, was able to explain the entire menu, and was extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you Demi!
Not only is the food great but everyone working there was super friendly (I hate to say it but that is so hard to find lately!). Salad, wings, fries, rice are all delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu.
The chicken fingers are very tasty. Presentation is great along with portions.
