I ordered a pizza today (6/16/22) at 11:11am and the guy that spoke to me said my pizza would be here at 11:41am. The pizza is paid for and I still have NOT received my order. The time is now 12:56pm and I have been holding on the phone for over 30 minutes to speak to someone and get information as to where my order is. No one has responded or picked the phone up and I am listening to the recording. I want a refund for waiting over an hour and some change for my food.

This location has gone from bad to to worse. The Flat Shoals Pkwy, Decatur GA location does not have delivery drivers. When you place an order on the app, we are unaware of this. I placed an order at 8:28 06/01/2022 for a Large Pepperoni pie w/red onion and extra pepperoni. at 09:48 I called to check on status and was told that because I selected the cash on delivery option, my order did not come through. I was told this is because they are now using DoorDash and with DoorDash you have to prepay using credit/debit card. I replaced the order at that time using my credit card. At 10:40 I called to check status of order and was told by the staff that it was still there because DoorDash accepted order but never showed. I was never made aware that I would not be receiving a pizza. Needless to say after a 12 hour shift as a Registered Nurse, I went to bed hungry. I also never received a refund and was told that I would need to call back today for a CREDIT. I found this entire situation to be distasteful. If there is no driver available, then delivery should not be an option on the App. If you cannot request delivery using the cash option, then that should not be an option on the App. Also, requesting and receiving a refund should not be a difficult, multi-day task. You are unable to contact the store directly, you are redirected overseas somewhere where your concerns are lost in translation. When I was asked to call back today, the young lady stated a Credit would be issued. I requested a refund. Please do better

Worst location ever! My daughter ordered 35$ worth of food. They told her they had no driver but they were using a third party for delivery and I would be charged for that service I agreed. 2hours later no delivery. I called the location they put me on hold and never returned. 3 hours later I go to the Pizza Hut wait in line over 20mins just to get to the window for them to say I’ve been refunded. I asked why? And I wanted to reorder at a discount for the inconvenience. The young lady at the window told me my food was sitting there in the warmer I said can I just have my order please I’ll warm it up she says I’d have to repay for it I was refunded. So she wanted me to repay for food that had been sitting for 3 hours. I asked to speak to the manager the manager refused to come to the window stating I’m to busy to talk. I was told that my food would be thrown away. I was confused just give me my good please. She said no. I asked again to reorder. She told me she was refusing service because I was holding up the line and if I didn’t move we would play the waiting game. I was confused because I wasn’t rude or unpleasant I just wanted to understand why I was being inconvenienced and why I couldn’t reorder. I waited 3 hours and I waited my turn in line when I had to drive to Pizza Hut to inquire about my order that was never delivered. I never received a phone call stating we can’t deliver your order nothing. I was treated like I was an issue because I placed an order. I never received my food, I wasn’t allowed to reorder. I finally just saw my funds go back to my acct after a few days….worst experience ever. I arrived to pick up my pizza and only the drive thru was open. It took me 30 minutes of waiting in drive thru to get my food. I ordered breadsticks and there was no marinara dipping sauce in it. Cashier said it’s $0.75 extra for sauce because it’s not on my receipt. Since when any other time it’s free and it comes with the order. Got home and not only was it cold it was half full. My pizza was not cut it was just placed in the box. Once I left the line for the drive thru was backed up all the way to the entrance of Pizza Hut. Do better please.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I am visiting from out of town and planned my order to take to my hotel. I placed it online and after the time stated on email went to pick it up. I got there, wasn't greeted, I was the only person in store. They finally asked about my order, and I gave them the details and they walked away. I ended up waiting ANOTHER 30 MINUTES for my food. It was also not even hot. I was so disappointed to have had this experience and do not recommend this establishment to any other patron.

Customer service is horrible!! Ordered a delivery from here and waited over an hour until I decided to call just for them to not answer my calls. The custom Service center finally called me back and connected me to the store. The lady on the phone told me my order was canceled because they’re not doing deliveries right now. I asked why I didn’t get a call or anything to notify me, She said they called the number on file twice which was a lie! After I tried to tell her I’ll pick it up but before I can say anything she hung up in my face. So ghetto and rude. They don’t deserve the one star I did give!

Had thin crust chicken pizza.one of the best I've had. This location has so of the best staff.they were very patient and sweet we went through the drive thru n had 4 different orders. We were visiting Flint and we never had such beautiful spirits in flint.so I would like to say thank you for such beautiful spirits

Line was terrible.if you go to the window to put in a order let them put it in drive around and wait for it and have someone take it to the car when it's ready and the ones that's ready for call in give them there's and keep going. We had to wait for the ones who place there order than to get there pizza it was crazy and the pizza was hard and cool not warm or hot. Try a new system to make it work people was leaving because of the Wait. Everyone is short of people and i understand but try something different to help.

My order was not good. I ordered bacon on my pizza and each piece of bacon was the fat of the bacon. I told the employee and she assured me that she cooked it personally and that it was fully cooked. I was extremely disappointed and my guest were displeased as well. I am not sure if I will order from Pizza Hut again.

I ordered online with a scheduled pickup about 3 hours in advance. The order was not ready when I got there. My pizzas looked like a royal mess. There was not extra pepperoni on one; the other look liked a "cheese avalanche" and the meat "slid down the mountain"...it was mostly to one side which made it look more like a cheese pizza. I wish I could upload the picture.
