This is my third time cancelling my orders b/c it takes them over 2 hours to deliver the pizza & every 30 minutes i call they keep saying the delivery guy is not here yet so & so the girl she said she's the manager & she said her name is Rebecca i don't know if that her real name but she was sooooo rude, i asked her to cancel my order , & said" mam mam mam mam I'm gonna cancel it tonight now" she is a real ghetto. I'm done with the pizza hut on Covington location. That is real trash customer service.
Whichever pizza maker made this today April 8th at 9:00pm should be ASHAME. This is suppose to be cheese sticks. This is a big piece of bread cut in 3. It’s so sad they don’t care how they prepare the food these days. I wish you guys could hire MINDFUL ppl. This is terrible.
Ordered and paid for in advance, then pulled up 10min after it was ready. 2 managers made ne wait another 10min in drive thru b4 saying anything. They were counting down both registers at the same time. Plain stupid. Anyone in the could've said please wait would've found that I needed 15 sec to hand me my pizza . Top it off, it was poorly made and had pork mixed in. 3rd time bad food and service on 2yrs. Never again.
I guess I must of pissed off the lil short one up front because he went to the back (open space) & started to trash talk me within ear shot. When he was made aware that I can hear him his response was he didn’t give a f***. So of course a verbal altercation ensued between us. When the “manager” came up, she tried to blame it on the food I ordered, no MA’AM it was your feisty little male employee up front. Never had a problem before my last visit smh
When we finally got the pizza it was good but I waited in line for an hour after the stated time it would be ready. Also the cookie was burnt and the cinnamon rolls were dry and hard.
If I pay for extra cheese and add extra toppings I would appreciate it if I could actually get what I paid. I even added extra sauce and my pizza looked tasted like ah cheese stick with light toppings. I thought the restaurant had a shortage.
Poor. Ordered online and nothing was delivered. Attempted to call the store and after 35mins on hold someone picked up and immediately placed me on hold again. After an hour I hung up.This entire area is horrible for customer service and I shouldn’t have to drive 30-45mins north or south for decent service. Unfortunate.I’d like my refund ASAP and without question.

Wish I could give it a zero pizza was not up to Taste I ordered a big dinner box and this was what I got not included forgot my drink that’s almost 4$ cheese bread was burnt and not cut I called I was told they ran out of the rectangle shapes to make the pizza correct either way I’m not please and will never order from here again this place needs a whole knew set of staff period point blank don’t waste your time here at all
