Placed on May 29 at 5:53 PM. I received an email that my pizza would be delivered by 6:25pm, At 6:23pm, I got the email with the survey. By 6:35pm, I still had not received my pizza. I called the store. They said they gad no delivery drivers & were waiting on DoorDash. They asked if I would like to come pick it up instead. I said yes, but I would need a refund for the delivery charge. They said OK. I got to the store. They couldn't find my pizza. After several minutes of looking, they said they would make a new pizza. Finally, they found the original pizza. I asked for the refund on the delivery fee, as promised over the phone. They said they cannot give a refund; only store credit. That is NOT what was discussed over the phone. No one EVER mentioned BS store credit over the phone. I NEED A REFUND TO MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARD.
You deserve o stars but I can't post without giving you at least 1Pre-ordered pizza for delivery. Pizza hut staff cancelled pizza order without telling me because short staffed. I found out 15 minutes before pizza was due for delivery that it had been cancelled. Staff never let me know even though pizza had been pre-paid,
Last two times i ordered delivery they canceled ordered saying they dont have any delivery driver. I understand its hard with the employees but atleast update on the website and dont have the option for the delivery. It’s frustrating when you order that and get a call to cancel the order. Wont be ordering from them anymore and will be canceling my hut rewards program. Will be joining Domino’s atleast they will deliver.
We always love Pizza Hut pizza. It’s disappointing to put a $97 order in on the app over an hour before I arrived to get it AND to get a notification from the app that my order IS READY, but then arrive to pick it up and be told that my order isn’t out of the oven yet…(which, based on my observations while waiting, actually means “your order isn’t even IN the oven yet”). If the app told me it wasn’t ready, I could stay at home and come to pick it up when it’s ready. Is there no communication between the app and the store? It’s 25 min past when our very large order was supposed to be ready and I hope I can see it being put together while I wait in the hot and uncomfortable storefront. I took the opportunity to tip on the app ahead of time, so I guess they aren’t motivated to deliver good service since I’ve already tipped ahead of time? I’ve worked in the service industry and I understand that things can get behind, but this is very frustrating.
Get better employees. They had no care in the world that my food was burnt. I literally can understand being short staffed but don't Intentionally burn my good because your ready to go home like come on. If I could post this picture I would because I know darn well they wouldn't eat it either
This Pizza Hut has never been a favorite. I love Pizza Huts pizza, but this location has always had problems and continues to disappoint. Staff is careless and couldn’t hate working more.
This restaurant is very unprofessional with the staff sitting around laughing talking and playing order was ready at 7:20 got there at 8 and called for curbside pickup and nobody was answering then someone pick up and then hung up and then I called back again and they said it will be out in 15 mins no one came and then I went inside and the employee said nobody told me there was a curbside pick up and so he handed me the food and the cheese sticks I ordered was breadsticks and they were burnt and then the wings were not in my pizza box so I said something and he made it and that’s how they looked then the sauce was expired and the box had a lot of burnt stuff in box and I didn’t leave the restaurant into 9:25 and I arrived at 8pm smh
Customer service needs help. The young lady behind the counter seem to be bothered. She was very short with her responses and gave me the impression that I was bothering her. When I returned to pick up my pizza she stayed in the back and seemed to ignore the customers up front. A nice gentleman came upfront and turned my experience around with a smile and a positive attitude. He is the only reason there is more than one star and the only reason I left a cash tip
There was only one employee in the store. He had to take orders and make the food. He did great managing, but it is too much for one person at dinner time. More staff came in while we were there. None of the staff was wearing a mask
Poor customer service. My meatlovers pizza was very dry. Maybe the owner of that franchise needs to pay their employees more money and hire people who want to work and hire people who take pride in their work. I wouldn't waste my time and money here again. NEVER.
