Used to be so good! But my last 4 tries were extremely disappointing. Infact found a hair in the Cupcake AND also the cake… DISGUSTING! not spending a single penny anymore at this dry hair cake place…plux or even Walmart better at this point
I order here and Collier store the inside use to be so moist it's so dry now as if they made cakes and cupcakes days,days ago!!!!

I’m so disappointed. I’ve been ordering cakes for years, but it seemed like every time I ordered a whole cake, they are always dry. This time, I decided to do cupcakes instead to see if things were different. Nope. A dozen cupcakes (6 strawberry, 4 birthday cake, 2 red velvet) and all of them were so dry they crumbled like cornbread, except the red velvet ones. I keep giving Piece of Cake chance after chance because the cakes used to be incredibly moist and delicious, but I think I’ve spent my last dollars here. Also, my cupcakes arrived all disheveled from the roadie delivery driver. ??♀️ Check the pic — you can physically see how dry they look.
I purchased two slices of cake yesterday, sorely disappointed by how dry they both were. A few months ago I had the same experience. Dry. Very dry. It's as if something has changed over the last months. Definitely not the same. Disappointed.
I was disappointed I’m pretty sure my cake was old because it was dry. I did a Grubhub order with them because I’ve heard how good and moist their cakes are. They had a good flavor but was dry I hate dry cake. I’m in my feelings about this because I love cake and my sweet tooth wasn’t satisfied

My family have been customers for some years now. I'd buy again, but must agree there's something different with the cakes this year. The white chocolate cake I bought tastes the same, but was crumby. IDK if dry is the right word, but each slice fell apart over and over. The impression I got was a refrigerated cake left to thaw out.I'd buy again, but thought POC needed to know.

I want to cry I was totally looking forward to my White chocolate cake with this being my first experience I was completely unsatisfied for the batch of last weekend it was terribly dry no one finished a whole slice I know things happen but not my birthday weekend I most definitely would love a redo for my cake it was half left and stayed on the table a week the kids didn’t even want it
