I like the choice's of veggies to pick from as well as meats an desserts. Not many place still have good customer service.i think you'll like it.
Food was ok! It’s was a long line but it moved steadily. I liked the vegetables and the chicken was good. The service was great. Didn’t like that the manager was working the line with no gloves or mask. Everyone else had on gloves and a mask! Just saying!
I have been to Piccadilly a total of five times and each time I was invited by a friend. But all five times I truly appreciated and enjoyed the variety of foods that they serve. ? If you are looking for some soul food Piccadillys is the place to go. Parking is very good.
We got 3 different meals liver and onion gravy, fried cod and fried chicken fingers all was great meals no complaints
Enjoyed my veggie plate. Garlic mash w/onion gravy, steamed brocc, butter beans n steamed okra, pleasantly seasoned, ALL to satisfaction. And I got to taste the mango iced tea, which apparently isn't avail daily..so hats off to Decatur, where it's greater Piccadilly ?. Peace.
My partner and I have been coming here for several years and have noticed a deterioration of the service and food handling practices. An attendant is slow to appear once you are seated. We prefer traditional tableware not plastic and it's difficult to get it. Cold protein salads are now placed on trays rather than directly on the cold refrigerated surface so that the crab salad I would typically purchase is cool rather than the required less than 40 degree temperature. This is asking for trouble and a county sanitarian food inspector would mark a restaurant down for this practice.
Jalapeño cornbread beyond old. Baked chicken I can’t describe. So unsatisfied. I obtained through DoorDash so I feel they give you anything anyway. I’m done
Went to order and was told I had to wait 5 minutes before chicken wings were ready. We waited more than 10 mins. And it still wasn't ready. I was then told it would be another 20 mins before it was ready. We selected something else and left.
Always a good choice! Which they provided more fresh vegetable options instead of canned and/or frozen due to sodium content.
Food had absolutely no seasoning and was cold. This place was far from Covid friendly and way over priced for the low quality food they serve!
