We work late.Sometimes we want late food we don’t have to make. We also worked for years at the Sprayberry and Whitlock locations and understand how tired you are at the end of the night trying to do inventory with one driver. We still stayed open until our hours stated we did.We’ve tried twice now to order late dinners from this location. They cancel the order four minutes after it’s placed pretty much both times. It’s still a half hour before they close. Why?We call. Many times. They refuse to answer. Thirty minutes still open, and we live 8 minutes down the street.It’s really disappointing, and we probably will opt out of this location from now on.
A little slow on curbside delivery. Good food, always.
I ordered 6 medium pizzas for delivery. They charged my card and never contacted nor delivered pizza.
The pizza was awesome!!!!! The time it took was reasonable and the workers were on it love to get another from this location.

This is my guilty pleasure. Nothing like good cheap pizza. Surprisingly I like Papa John’s Johns over some of there competitors who will go unnamed. They are not stingy with meat on their meat lovers pizza!
Papa Johns is not our go to choice for pizza. The food is trash and the customer service isn't great. But we always order from here in a pinch because we don't have many options close to us. Today I'm hosting a house full of special needs kids (very picky eaters). I'm not upset that I got the wrong order (accidents happen). I'm mad because no one would help me resolve the issue. I called no less than six times. I called the manager number, I called the ordering number, I even tried cooperate. Finally, I just went to door dash and ordered Mellow Mushroom because these kids were melting all the way down with hunger. This location put me in a really terrible situation. We will be actively avoiding PJ all together from now on.
Worst location ever to order from. I have ordered from papa John's plenty of times before never received the service I like tonight. If Jake is a cashier give him a raise if he is the manager he should fired immediately! I say that because the other night he fixed my order in excellence, tonight I talked to a very rude and ghetto cashier who took my order did not make sure I received my drink not once but twice and then I call back to get the drink and she hung up on me and then When I called back left me hold and came back and told me they were busy. You can tell she was black because she was extremely ghetto. The manager and staff should be fired fromthis location immediately because of the way they handle business. They only got 1 star because I had no choice. THANKS FOR RUINING MY CHRISTMAS KEISHA and your rude staff! No empathy no compassion no remorse! I hope you get the same experience I did tonight so you can see how it feels.
