I placed an ordered a pizza along with the cheese bread. I NEVER received my order i. Which i was told was canceled by the door dash driver (which if i had known it would be delivered door dash i would not had even placed the order since they use door dash for delivery). Was told my money would be refunded back to the card this was March 21st or 22nd here we are almost a whole month later and have not received my refund and when I call i can not get an answer. So someone got away with a free meal on me.
Customer service needs some work I called was left on hold for 10 mins and I only called to ask if the meatball had pork in it I feel that was something that should be know off hand and the stuffed crust epic I think not was more like thin crust flat bread idk will not order that again sorry Papa it's a no for me was waste of money and I gave it another try I order 2 medium pizzas like seriously the box say that the crust is pillowy I beg to differ if I wanted a thin crust I would have ordered it and if Gas prices wasn't so high I would've taken it back I will not order from Papas anymore
I called in for delivery and received only the pizza out of my pizza, wings & soda order. Delivery instructions was to call when got here but the driver did not.
Bought a meat lovers pizza from this location via UBER. Pizza did not have meat on it 2 slices of pepperoni, 2 pieces of sausage and nothing else. I can't believe that they would send something out like this, it was nasty. I will never order from them again. Want a refund. My grandson who loves pizza said that it was nasty. The pizza sauce tasted like Ragu, who does that?
Only one person was working when I came to pickup my pizzas and he looked a lost whenever you asked him a question.
The food is ok but the drivers are lazy and motionless and they never bring my red peppers also the drivers are unprofessional liars and very rude and when I spoke to the manager named Jeremiah about remaking my pizza he lied to me also when I called back he never came to the phone they played d*** and the date of this was today November the 11th and the immature drivers deliver however they’re allowed to sometimes they never show up and when they do it’s the wrong type of pizza I didn’t order also I used to order pizza weekly during the beginning of the pandemic but now this location is very sloppy and the service is bad on deliver and getting your order correct , and on the papa John’s commercial over the phone they mention tips but hardly anyone that delivers my food aren’t professional enough and they hardly ever cook my pizza correctly for a large tip smhLocation has fell off I rather eat home cooked food or eat soul food like barbecue ribsThis Papa John’s location has went to trash when it use to be a good place too many kids
I order the triple bacon pizza thin crust when it was delivered it was ice cold and the crust was burnt so badly and wasn't slice at all so I had to heat it up and slice my own pizza and it still taste horrible. The worst pizza ever! I will never order from here ever again!!!

Terrible! I ordered a large meat lovers pizza with a sprite , and had it delivered to my house. Every time I order this order, they deliver the wrong food. This is very frustrating, and terrible delivery service , they got to do better.
I was previously employed here, everyone's friendly, cool and chill. Everything is made to order here! No problems??
