Just called to get an update on my order, not ask any extensive questions or put in a new order, and I’ve been on hold now for 45 minutes. Ordered about an hour ago, I totally understand because it was a weekend also that delivery times might be delayed but apparently you can’t even get a question answered. One star due to the very poor customer service experience.
when i got there to pickup, there was one customer in front of me, he walked away from the counter mumbling 'forget this its taking way too long' and walked out. I waited for about 5 mins before the lady stated she would be right with me. i waited about another 5 mins before she finally came to check me out. columbia drive location, you need to do better!
Went inside the store to order. Everyone working there had flour all over themselves. No gloves, store disgusting. I recommend no one eat there.
I had a great experience with this place tonight. Saw the reviews after placing a pickup order through the app, so was worried, but pizza was ready right on time, no problem.
The cook didn’t wear gloves touched his face and pants and headphones the server lied and told me 20 minutes and I ended up waiting 40 minutes so overall the hygiene and customer service is miserable .
Stay away at all costs. They mentioned that I would need to confirm with DoorDash ( that never called).Three hours later and still no pizza. Save your money and go somewhere else.I called and talked to someone and the worker mentioned that I would have to wait to speak to the manager. I did for 20 mins . My friend called too and waited. It doesn’t take 3 hours to make & deliver 2 pizzas, Papa Johns and Door Dash. Get it together. ? ?
1) They service sucks.2) By time your food get to you it’s ice cold.3) The employees don’t listen to anything you have to say.4) You get your food two or three hours later
YOU’RE TAKING A GAMBLE BY ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION. Should have read the reviews first. App wasn’t showing order placed so I repeated it and was charged both times. App still not showing either order. Called store immediately and was told I’d be credited for dup order. Order did arrive but was cold and dry. Two days later still no credit, called for store manager and was put on hold for over 10 mins, then ‘cut off.’ Called back repeatedly and continued to get recording. Reporting to corporate. Don’t take a chance here!
We always order from this location (usually online) and have never had a bad experience. Very nice staff.
