Deserves less than a zero.Sold us seafood that was spoiled. Took a bite and almost vomited. The food also left a horrible smell in my home and in our vehicle after returning the spoiled seafood. The way that the food was sealed concealed the smell before being opened. We took the food back and asked the woman staff person at the counter to smell and eat the spoiled food that was sold to us and that they expected us to eat. She failed to smell the food saying nothing. She then proceeded to the back and a male came out. The only thing he asked for was the receipt which immediately let us know that he knew the food was spoiled that was sold to us. Gave us a refund. We informed him that he had lost valuable customers who had patronized the in business for years. Told others as leaving to smell their food before departing. Beware!!
People need to try new Orleans seafood their crablegs are very very good. They cook it for you and their garlic butter is the bomb. They are very reasonable and their prices are about the same as the grocery store when it comes to the snow crablegs.
Love the selection. Crab oysters, shrimp, scallops etc. Taste is always on point steamed or fried. The parking lot does fill up and space does get tight but the food is worth it?
The shrimp and broccoli is pretty good. The prices are reasonable. I just wish they could add shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg rolls to the menu.
Awesome concept and great food. I was very pleased with the way they cooked my food to order.
I mean the food is decent but not really worth a 45 minute to an hour long wait which is how long it will take to get your food during peak hours. The prices have surged recently and the last 2 times my food was mediocre at best. I mean it's not hard to mess up steaming food ??♂️. I'll give them another try maybe after tax time to give the crab legs folks a chance to waste their money on overly priced snow and king crab.
My family went here for the first time and all I can say is the food is amazing! The crab legs are really big and the flavor is perfect. I will definitely be back!!

I got there 1230 it was a steady busy but not packed on a Sunday. I know I beat the crowd. You go in pick the seafood you want from the freezer let them know, pay and they cook it. Or you can take to cook later. It's not drowned in sauce but seasoned well. You can add more once it's cooked. They gave me butter sauce and cocktail sauce that was good. The customer service is A1. I was in and out 15 minutes but it was early. Check out these pics. We ate like fat rats?
