've been coming to this location quite literally since I was young and over the years the management has gotten considerably bad. The owner, Jamie (white guy with grey hair) who is always at the cash register doesn't care about his customers at all. He's repeatedly denied me use of my promo codes/discounts in the app and today he said he couldn't process my free burrito (that i received for my birthday) but he took my phone number and said he could see my coupon but said I would need to order on the app to use it. However, because it was 8:30pm and the store closes at 9:00pm, I could no longer order on the app and it was closed and he just couldn't process it right then because of "corporate rules."Like why would corporate send me a discount that I couldn't use? Make it make sense and also don't play with me. I've been trying to hold out writing a review this has happened way too many times and I want you all to be mindful before spending your money here. Please save your money and visit other Moe's locations. This place is a complete rip off and I won't be coming back.Oh and he said "well at least you can use it for another month." I have never had issues with using coupons at any other moe's so I won't be supporting this one anymore. Y'all stay strong and contact corporate about him. He needs customer service training

Don't worry everyone- The franchise owner is always there to micro manage your portions, your coupons/promotions, and your payment method.Told myself I wouldn't be back after the disrespect he showed me last time and should have listened to myself.Don't bother going here if you have any type of promo outside the Moe Monday, he will deny it.

Went to the cashier and the card machine said “processing” before I even inserted my card. I decided to give the white man with gray hair (who always works on Mondays) my number for points in the meantime. He proceeded to catch an attitude and say that I should be worrying about paying before I get points. The machine never told me to insert my card and I wanted to make sure I received points because I have not been getting them. This was the third time he’s caught an attitude about me getting points. I’ve gone once a week for the special for the past 6 years and their attitudes have only been getting worse. I have noticed major attitudes towards Black people here, as well. Won’t be coming back.

My favorite Moe’s!!!! The ingredients are always good and the customer service is always on point. They never disappoint. There’s a Moe’s that’s closer to me but this one just taste better. I’ll make the drive

Food is ok but customer service especially if you're black, is Horrible! You better know what you want to order when you walk in quick & do not hesitate or you will be rushed along. I will not be going back!

I go in for nachos and the man is literally giving me a half a scoop of beans rice and meat. I had to tell him “ I need a full scoop” and he still was half scooping up food.

I came in for a free cup of queso and Jamie the manager made me feel like a second class citizen. I was offended by the way I was addressed when I asked what size cup of queso comes free on the app. First of all if you wanted to be so technical, you should have had a scanner so that I can scan my perk. Took down my number on a piece of paper then entering it on a tablet and telling me my number is not working. I've had that number for over 18 years, don't try to make me feel incompetent about my own number. Then after I show my app code all of a sudden it's approved. The code went through and a phone call comes through and as I'm trying to grab my bag and say am I good...I was given the wait finger. I am a health care worker on lunch break for 30 minutes as long as my code went through, wrap up your paperwork and that phone call on your time. I just need my food so I can get back to work. Then Jaime went on to say to say "you don't want anything else nothing to drink just the free queso". You don't know how much I've spent previously, stop being judgemental. I'm usually patient but if I feel like I'm being mistreated or someone is giving me a hard time, I lose compassion and give the same energy I receive. Don't judge a book my it's cover. You never know who someone is or their walk in life. Watch your tone and demeanor.

I visit this location 2 or 3 times a week however today was the worst experience I have had with them.The food is usually good but today the regular guy wasn't there and the guy who was preparing the food was placing cheese into a cup for another customer over my food and I explained to him that I have a very severe dairy allergy.I took this complaint to the manager at the register who simply said that he couldn't understand how I eat out.Which I took as very rude and sarcastic.Needless to say I will start going to Willies 3 or 4 times a week because Moe's needs to do better about their customers

I ordered a quesadilla and a burrito bowl and noticed the serving sizes I was getting compared to the person in front of me were different. So I told them to keep the bowl and just left with a quesadilla purchase. If you want to keep being stingy with servings, I hope you enjoy wasted food and angry customers!
