The staff was friendly and nice. But they had trouble pulling up the order I placed using my mobile app when I gave it to them at the drive through. I had to pull to the front and wait an additional 10-15 for them to make my food. I ordered the QBC with a medium drink and medium fry for $5 (an app only deal). The burger was made as ordered. But the fries were horrible. Tasted stale. Like they were old and cold but they sprinkled them with water and microwaved them to soften them up. I have them a 3 out of 5 for friendly service and the QBC. They lost two stars for not being able to pull up my app order, the wait, and the HORRIBLE fries.
This McDonald's has to be the Absolute Worst McDonald's in America, not just Atlanta but the whole United States of America.First of all it's 9:15 when I arrive at the drive thru, there's one other person in line besides myself, I waited 9 minutes behind this person. When I get to the teller machine before I can even say anything a young man comes on the line and says we're only taking credit cards, no cash transaction. Ok so I proceed to order, how about he doesn't answer me or takes my orders and that I would have to come all the way around again to place my order for an iced coffee,oh and did I tell that the machine doesn't work.
I understand you need workers and times are hard but, this store is trash. They are always out of menu items or something is always broken Food is either hard or cold. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because these are children working here, kids will be as sorry as you let them. That's just a reflection of management. If you do go either just be in a hurry and don't care or have time to wait for them to get it right. Either way I can't tell you what to do, but if you ever find yourself about to snatch one of them kids threw the window remember I warned you.
At 9 pm they decided to stop taking orders but neglected to tell me as me and my family were sitting at the drive thru speaker for at least 10 minutes before I decided to drive around to the window, the young lady was asleep at the drive through window. We left the establishment and came back around and they were magically serving food again.
I'm not sure I should even give them a three stars and I wouldn't except for they were very friendly is all I can say. This is the second time that I've ordered online for this location and they could not see my online order and so I paid for my food at the window. However, neither time did I get the discount that I should have gotten from the online order and ended up paying a substantial amount of money more than what I would have had they honored my online order it amounted to about $5 per order.The store tells me that they have very little, if any, control over the online process or correcting it and their hands are tied.
Employees weren't wearing masks or gloves, cooking & serving food & this particular location had been out of condiments, for about a week & the wait time sucks; although I do understand that you're going to have to wait some time while you're in a fast-food, drive thru line &ppl want fresh,hot food too, it's really a "no-brainer" lol, but [email protected] same time ?
I ordered 2 Land, Air and Sea combos and they me 2 bigmacs, 2 fish sandwiches and 2 chicken sandwiches and no fries... I only go to this McDonald's when I'm heading back to Virginia and visiting my daughter and they get my order wrong every time. It never fails..
Arrived at 23:25 and waited in the drive through. At 23:40 they turned the outside lights off and stopped servicing and completely ignore the line of 4-5 cars which waited by now for 10-15 min. LAZY [email protected][email protected]
This place is a JOKE. They come with the attitude. my order wrong and I was giving such nasty attitude. The young lady rung up my order for more than what I asked her for. Then we had to wait for food to be cooked. When we asked for fresh fries we again was met with pure attitude. I also get up every day to make a living to take care of my family. So when I take my hard earn money to buy what I want then there should be no attitude. If you are no longer have that deal then you should remove the advertisement's
If I could do zero stars I would. They were completely incompetent with disgusting customer service. They were rude. The girl that took our order didn't even get the order right. I asked when I paid ig they were going to give me a receipt at the 2nd window and she looked at me and said, "I guess, I don't know." I tried explaining to the RUDE lady at the second window what I said originally with ordering my food and she was extremely rude and closed the window and ignored me and I had to sit there and wait to ASK for my receipt. I would NOT recrecommend going back.
