Food was ok, pretty much what I expect from McDonald's. What annoyed me was that they've changed the price of some of their menu items, but their menu still lists the old price. They have digital menus, so I feel like it should be easier to update the pricing on those than some of the older menus I see at other places. And the price changes weren't small, it was at least $2 difference in price for some items. If the drive-thru attendant wasn't so nice and willing to explain the price difference, I could easily see a customer getting upset about the price differences on the menus versus what they are charged.
How you F-up a minimum wage job for low skill workers is beyond me, but the drive thru took 20mins, for two breakfast sandwiches. The staff was so confused, cars were all honking and upset, what a mess. I will not be returning to this McDs.
The two women packaging the orders were not wearing hairnets nor were they wearing gloves. One just had a blue scarf multitasking as a headband and she was not wearing her mask properly. The other woman wasn’t even wearing a mask, not under her nose and not under her chin. She also had claws masquerading as fashionable nails and that’s who all is serving our food with whatever dirt is under those nails.The fries were stale and tasted like they’d been sitting for a while. ?The cashier was decent, I guess. Only came here because they’re slightly better than the horrible Starbucks up the street and I wanted cheap junk food.
I came for a frappe and was told by an employee that the grill crew wasn't there so they wasn't taking orders. I pull around and it's 4 cars in line. So I was really thirsty and had a 20 minute ride ahead of me so I sat in line and waited. I get to the front of the line and told the employee there. She then had me roll around the line again. I was in that McDonald's line for about 18 mins because an employee was ready to get off. Chikfila woulda never!
Worst ever, they didn't give me the correct order, missing 2 hamburgers. Made a HUGE deal about it, wanted me to come in and show the manager. I went thru the drive thru for a reason. Told me I was holding up the line, cause they wouldn't give me my burgers. I usually keep moving when it's something trivial like this, 2 burgers aren't a huge deal, nobody was going to starve. But this is a regular thing and I just wasn't having it today.
Ok. First off I didn't get a receipt but I promise you they over charged me. Second, among other things I ordered 2 for 4$ bacon egg and chs biscuits...where are the eggs in this picture? Yes they were both like this.?? What's embarrassing is I dropped food off for my auntie like this. Oops. My neighbor worked here for a minute recently, she couldn't take it. They do play with the money at this location though from what I hear. Do not recommend.
They didn't get my order right... and when telling them, I was basically told to just take off the burger wht I didn't want... and I had two orders of fries...one was cold...but the other one was fresh...SMH
Horrible. It’s 10pm exactly, they say they aren’t taking any more orders because of shift change. They then tell me shift won’t be done changing until 11. They tell me that they will not be taking any more orders until 11 because of shift change. There’s no world where it takes an hour to switch out a til and count it down, and if it does then the manager obviously doesn’t know how to run things. Either they’re lying or they don’t know how to handle themselves. Sad excuse for even a McDonald’s
If I can give them a 0 I will, 24 hrs suppose to be the hours so I guess employees sit on the clock. This photo is at 5:35 am one person said they open at 630am then when asked bout is it new hours he said “ I don’t know what they doing. The correct hours need to be put on the doors and update on internet…
Worst place ever it doesn’t matter what time you coMe here they never have bigMac sauce , no ice cream machine , no bbq sauce no ketchup no nothing and it’s every single day ! This place needs a whole new manger and staff !I even found hair on my food this is ridiculous! Definitely getting on contact with corporate and the staff is coughing everywhere and no mask is being use !Totally dissatisfied!
