Unlike every McDonald's in this area, this mcd's is great. All the workers are polite, yes, polite! The food was hot and came quick. When they're were no costumers in line, the cashier went out and started sweeping and refilling stuff me the drinks. Oh yeah, the dining room is clean. If you need to get fast food, come here, you won't be disappointed.
A roach was in my breakfast biscuit. Shut it down! And of course, I won't be returning. The employees have been in fights with one another. They are rude. They are nasty. They have no customer service. The convenience of getting a decent bite to eat has become an inconvenience. Management is unprofessional. There has been a shooting at the drive thru. I'm aware it's just a Mcdonald's and fast food but I'd avoid this location at all COST$. WacDonald's.
I visit this Mcdonald's location quite often when I am in Decatur, but I will stop coming her if these issues are not addressed. The staff was very rude, and their system could not pick up my mobile order at first, so I was waiting for a long time. There needs to be more employees and managers available. This particular location does not have good management at ALL. The woman at the drive-thru was disrespectful. unengaged, and rushed me through my order. If Mcdonald's does not send quality management to this location in Decatur, I will no longer come to this store and will tell others to do the same. This is not my first time with problems at this Mcdonald's. Because of my horrible experience zi would like a free meal because as a customer I have been treated poorly the last few times I have visited.
The people make the difference. I have picked up many a delicious meal from this location and the employees have always been friendly. I really like this location.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION!!THE FOOD ISNT FRESH! THEY HAVE GAVE THE UBER DRIVER BURNT BURGERS, THE MEAT TASTE OLD!THE PIES WAS GOOD AND FRIES WAS OVER COOKED!I PAID $45!IVE BEEN A FEW TIMES BECAUSE ITS AROUND THE WAY BUT GO THE OTHER WAY!I TRY TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES BUT THIS PLACE WILL SERVE YOU BAD FOOD AND LEAVE YOU SICK!ITS NO WAY I CAN FEED THAT TO MY CHILD!
They need to update their hours of operation to reflect their current staffing. They aren’t open for business at 6am and they close well before 11pm nightly. There’s no consistency in hours. While i understand staffing is a challenge for everyone they need to commit to hours their current staffing can support.
The employees are very rude! Sitting at speaker over 5 minutes just to be snapped on as if I did something wrong! Regardless of location it’s still a job even with pandemic.. This was night shift as well. Won’t be coming back
This has to be the worst McDonald's ever known to humanity. I have given this place a chance multiple times, but now I am here to help y'all save your money. On multiple occasions, I have waited in the drive thru for almost an hour. I am okay with that since I know restaurants are understaffed right now. But the food I received after the wait was disgustingly made, that I couldn't eat it. The burger was so sloppy; condiments were on top of the bun, it just looked so disgusting, like there person that made it really hated their job and everyone was going to suffer for it.
Great McCafe and Happy Meals, but very inconsistent with rest of menu and staff attitudes!
