They can't handle a special request. Ordered onions and cheese ONLY on a Quarter Pounder. Got everything on it. Bring it back to the window. Guy says what's wrong with it? I said, not what I ordered. Goes away. Comes back. What's wrong with it, he says? (With attitude) I ordered only onions and cheese, I say. WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. The rest of my food is getting colder by the minute. FINALLY, they got it right. Bottom line, a business is only as good as the people you employ to represent you. This business needs better representation. Oh, and the other burger I got had an excessive amount of ketchup and mayo. Needed a bath after that one.
Like everywhere now seemingly, they only care about the drive through. We stood in line for over 15 minutes before they even bothered to take our order. Sad so many places have let it get this bad. I'd be better off just eating at home.

Don’t order on Uber Eats because you will never get the whole order. Why’d we need all these sauces if you can’t put the fries in the bag? Come on.
This McDonald’s is a mutual embarrassment - both on their part for struggling so poorly with a simple exchange and on my part for making the mistake of falling for this experience more than once. Do not attempt to eat here. Your order will be wrong, you’ll wait 30+ minutes in the line, and you’ll deal with confused employees. If somehow you must still try it… good luck.
This must have to be the worst food/service I’ve had at a McDonald’s before. It’s only because I’m sick and already made it home that I’m not going back over there to demand my money back. But I will be making a report tomorrow. NONE OF THE ORDER IS EDIBLE! The nuggets were definitely retried more than once in old oil! The Apple pie filling is so Dried up I don’t doubt that it’s been there from the day before. Don’t let me start on the OLD burger meat with the stale cheese that you can tell has been sitting under the light from the start of lunch. The fries and apple slices were the only decent things in my order. Unacceptable!!!
Got the McMuffin but really miss the cresants being on the menu.
Ghetto experience is how I'll describe this visit. I was ignored while waiting at the counter to be asked how can I help you? It took at least 15 mins to hear that, and then the cashier didn't know how the scam at the counter worked, that took another 5 mins. After the manager came to assist, complete with an attitude on her face, my order was taken ? and I waited an additional 15 to 20 more minutes. Mind you, I'm on my way to work and this is what's going on? It takes a lot for me to loose my patience, however this visit wasn't it at all. I will avoid this location in the near future. Customer service is nothing to play with. I'm only leaving one star, because I couldn't not select something.
I’m just so surprised that these chain restaurants close whenever they feel like closing . They say they’re open until 1045 but yet the app says 12 o’clock midnight. nobody closes at 1045.. Like I get it you wanna go out or leave and go home, whatever the case may be. But I have never worked at a place and been able to close earlier than the hours listed . It Sucks for the people that work late hours and just wanna meal before they go home. Where I’m from when it says 24 hours they mean 24 hours
Ordered food on kiosk. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. Everyone was running the drive thru an not worrying about the customers inside business.
