Don't go here staff is silly. Don't know how ring up orders correctly. I ordered cheeseburger combo and quarter combo.. combo is with fries and drink right.. I get order with only 1 fries but got 2 drinks..I take back to get fries. These people had nerve to say I didn't order combo but clearly I did. Wasn't about argue silly people fries. But I will blast on my media tho. Food was cold not fresh. Service horrible. Slow pace service.. go somewhere else pass this one by..
The line is always long, the young girl that works in the back booth is always rude, never smile, and snatches money out of your hand. I was also double charged here and was refused a refund for the extra charges. The manager Cornell was very rude never came to resolve the issue. He continued to yell and curse and told me what he wasn’t going to do. From the back never came to the front. He kept sending the employees to handle his business. So unprofessional and not sure why he’s a manager. The location needs better staffing and management as well. I have yet to here anything from corporate or management at this location.
It was indeed awful!!! Seem to me, when your staff is shorthanded, management should train them too hump and act like they are glad to be there and make the difference. Organization is needed. That's what some people call working smart not hard. I call it lazy n don't care. You got care.
First - couldn’t see drive through menu because the screen was so dark a cover on it like tinted windows plus sunshine block somethings on it, the burgers were okay at first-but after you get it home to reheat —it becomes too hard, only one minute heat.The bread the meat aweful!! Fries were good for a change. We can’t eat that anymore…
The girl that takes the money at the 1st window at 5:15pm dry as they come.no kind of uummph at all, ice cream machine down so is the smoothie machine. So why not just take these items off the menu.
Something mysterious was afoot at the drive thru. I was sitting at the ordering menu with loads of cars behind me for 21 minutes. I finally left. The lights were on, however, I didn't see one employee. Hmmmm. It was 12:19am.
Customer service was trash, order taker had an attitude for no reason. Ordered a quarter pounder meal and the beef seemed to be two burgers fused together. It was sloppy. At least the bun was fresh. Trash experience
SUGAR FREE IS NOT THE SAME AS REGULAR! Third and last time I go here, order any flavored coffee and your getting sugar free syrup, which I can't have. Tired of waiting money because people can't follow a 4 ingredient recipe.
I'm from Michigan visiting Georgia for the first time . I'm in the drive thru I ask can I have a strawberry shake. A young lady replied we don't got no ice cream , you want fries? I feel she was not professional at all.
