I stopped by McDonald's Wednesday I ordered fish, 10 piece nuggets and fries to take for lunch. The fish you could barely see or taste the tartar sauce and it taste like iy was sitting all day. The nuggets were dry and rubbery. The fries was the only thing that was good. If I wasn't off the next day and didn't live in that area I would have taken the nuggets back. I held on to them actually until this morning but decided to just throw them away. I didn't want to mess up my day stopping by there again. Just so you know we can tell when food taste like it's been sitting or microwaved to death.
service is so so at best but the food is ok thats bout the only reason 2 come thats bout it & all plus its in downtown Decatur 2

The kids that work here are ignorant and rude as hell. They didnt put the additional order of fries in the bag and didnt give a receipt. When we mentioned it to the girl at the window she was annoyed as if we did something wrong. I asked her if there was a problem…she rolled her neck and asked if I had a problem. The other girl in the back was yelling THEY DIDNT ORDER NO DAMN FRIES! The manager (im assuming it was the manager) came and asked what we were missing then gave us the fries! They need better staff! Its bad enough that McDonalds is most peoples last choice these days. Also, the fries had no seasoning. Needless to say, we wont be back.
Was very disappointed with my drive thru experience. Pulled up and asked the lady to give me a second... She rudely told me that I don't have a second because this is rush hour and I'd be wasting her time ... It took everything in me to calm my wife down when she heard this... We get to the first window and the lady said and I quote 'next time know what you want before you pull up". What on earth is going on at this location.... As small as your restaurant is why is customer service so horrible??? I ordered a double quarter pounder meal dropped fresh because I like my food piping hot ... Fries were soggy... Burger was cold and the bun wasn't even toasted as usual...Very disappointed.... You guys need to retrain your staff at the McDonald's on clairemont and n. Decatur rd....Because the commerce drive location is just horrible.
It took y’all 45 minutes to make a chicken sandwich and a happy meal. I swear to god how hard is it. On top of that you served people after us in line. What the hell. 0 stars
Ricky and the other young man who work around 12:58 at the register and the end of the food line were great ! They were fast, efficient and friendly the whole time I was there , keep the great customer service up ??.
The first lady that took my order was absolutely rude. She wasn't aware of how to use the computer correctly. I had an in app coupon that was for a free chicken sandwich with a 1$ purchase. I asked for the double cheese burger meal and then presented my coupon to which she replied "you should have gave me that first". She then fumbled trying to put the code in. When I got my total of 7 dollars and some change it didn't sound right. She had rung me up for the double cheese burger meal and a single cheese burger. I then brought it to the attention of another young lady who tried to fix it. We had a miscommunication that she would refund everything then ring it back up. Ultimately I ended up with the refund for the single cheeseburger and no chicken sandwich. Who knew using a simple coupon would be so hard.
Usually not too busy, and the service is effective. For some reason, the french fries are often inconsistent, being stale or not salted well. Overall, it is a mcdonalds. No true complaints other than that.
Clean store with really friendly workers who work hard. give 5 stars to the staff but a few less because it is McDonald’s food.
