Horrible experience I ordered $60 worth of food at 7:45p which was dinner. I went to Walmart then arrived at 9:38p and at first the two young ladies ask did I order already. I said sure and gave my name. Now they looked at each other then walked around the pick up table and ask for my name again, I told them. Then the lady says when did u order I said almost two hours ago. She said oh we might have thrown it away! I asked her why when u have other orders still up there. She replied we didn't think u were coming and we are closing soon. First of all they were still open, second they didn't throw everything away, third they have officially lost a loyal customer. Thanks for motivating me to cook dinner at 10:30p your the best! Customer service training is a must.

My first time going to this Marco's pizza , but It was great and the customer service was as well!
I ordered on the app for curbside pickup on December 11 in the evening for a medium thin crust pizza for dinner. I was told to wait 5-10 minutes for an employee to come out with my order. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody came in. When I went inside all of the employees were standing around joking. To add on top of that there was one employee spitting his dip into a bottle. Who does that around food? Highly unsanitary. The pizza was sitting in the window ready and not one employee bothered to bring it out. Really wish I wouldn’t of had a bad experience because it’s right next to my house.
They were friendly and early with the delivery. And of course the pizza was perfect ?
Lady that took my order was very helpful and friendly. I had a small chicken Caesar salad and a 6" steak and cheese sub. Food was fresh and great! Will see you again.
We waited 1 hour for a pizza. During the first 30 minutes we found out that they didn’t have the crust we ordered online and we had to wait another 30 minutes for another pizza.
This was my first time ordering there pizza (Pmagnifico & all meats) and I must say it didn't disappoint. The service was fast and the pizza was hot and delicious. I will be returning!
Cannot even take care of an Uber Eats order. Their Uber Eats menu isn’t the full menu and the options are atrocious.
