They are always slow never hot and ready. It takes 10 min just to get your order taken then another 30 min to get your order. This is the worst little Caesars I have ever been to. Terrible ?

I ordered online and got the email notification that my order was ready in the pizza portal. False. Once I went inside, my order wasn’t ready. It took about 10 minutes more for the pizza to come out the oven and about 30 minutes more for the wings to come out afterwards. Not to mention that my wings were undercooked and was missing one. When the wings were finally done, the male employee put them in the pizza portal with no apology or customer interaction whatsoever. Plus my pizza sat out the whole time waiting for the wings to be done and it was cold when I received it. The male employee cutting me off while I had valid reasons to complain is another whole issue. It’s too many children working that location and no clear direction or customer service skills

I ordered and picked up my order in-store. The employee was great, who placed my order. The time from ordering to pickup was as she stated. The pizza was good and no mistake made which was a potential issue since I ordered a veggies only pizza. Having said all of that the place needs a deep cleaning. Come on guys hire someone to clean up the place! Ok, nuf said just get it done ok.

My son loves this place when he wants pizza. They are fast and convenient as far as location. The only downside that I have is that they are beginning to get really skimpy on the bread part of the pizza sometimes I can't even pick it up because it falls right over from not having any baseline shall I say to hold up the ingredients.

Very poor customer service. I don’t know why they hired this little girl!

My pizzas was done but it barley had sauce on it when I ask for extra because I don't eat cheese.

Received the pickup email, but the pizza wasn't ready when I walked in.

The phone hasn't worked in 4 months. They're a business they need a working phone. I should be able to place an order on the phone to pick up if I would like. When I asked the employee about the phone he said he had been telling his manager and there has been no resolve. They need to do better.

Pizza was hard & cold & I had to bring it back after it was made incorrect the 1st time. The server was overbearing & argumentative. I'm glad there's so much more out here to chose from!
