1st off. if you try to call ahead your order- no one is picking up the phone. secondly: there's only 1 person working there. 3rd- you are not allowed to walk inside of The building -only drive-through is open.and lastly even after waiting for 15 minutes, you still have to walk up to the window just to pick up your order.Dodge this place like the plagueA small hair on the crustPizza was not sliced but tasted great
There was only worker taking care of the inside customers, pick up orders, and drive thru. She did. She did not greet anyone not say thanks for coming in. A manager finally came to the front after 15 minutes to help out. I asked about my pick up order and she said they were running 15 minutes behind. My order should have been ready at 12:30, but I did not leave till 12:50pm. My order was ready when I walked in at 12:25, but they did not greet me and the order was in the warmer the entire time. She did not ask me for my name or a confirmation receipt. I said I had 5 cheese pizzas, and she gave them to me without asking for nothing.
The service at this establishment is atrocious to say the least. I understand that they often work with a skeleton crew but I waited over 40 mins in the drive thru to order a pizza, just to get to the window and find out that they were sold out. I was told that it would take 8 mins to make fresh ones, so I said that I would wait ( considering that 8 mins was less than the 40 I had already waited). So I paid, thinking I would sit at the window and the next piping hot pizza would be mine. No. After I paid, they told me that I had to get out of drive thru line and wait at the front of the store, knock on the locked door in 10 mins, and they would open let me in to get my pizza. I was throughly annoyed at this to say the least. Why bother having me go thru the drive thru if I ha e to get out of my car and come inside to get my order. However, I waited…I was determined to get the pizza on principle at this point. So I waited in my car at the front of the building. There was another patron( who had been waiting longer than me) for a pizza. I watched her get out of her car and knock as hard as she could at the door( in futility) and no one answered. I watched her stare into the window to try to get someone’s attention inside…they ignored her. Finally, I guy walked up ( who I assumed worked with them) and he was given access, so I just trailed him inside. It had been an additional 15 mins at this point, so I demanded my pizza. When they finally handed it to me….it was cold….like ice cold. ???. I told them that I didn’t wait an hour for a cold pizza and to give me another one. This one was warm…not the piping hot pizza that I imagined, but at that point I decided to cut my losses. Conclusion: I will never patronize this establishment again and I would suggest that you don’t either.
Don't go here very rude and unprofessional order lunch combo with extra pep with stuff cheese bread and the lady gave it away to someone else then she tried to give me a regular one with out the extra stuff I paid for and got an attitude when I didn't want it. I want what I paid for nothing more nothing less but that was a big problem.......
They were so busy, the customer service was great but the pizza ? took forever
Amber is always pleasant despite the foolishness that may be going on. We visit most Saturdays and have no complaints. Even when staff is short. I have seen customers being outright disrespectful and Amber handle herself with grace. We will keep going back...
They do not give you what you ordered but charge you for what you ordered, then when I was leaving I heard them say I already gave it to her but I do not have time to be waiting for a whole Nother batch of pizza but I will not b coming here nomo !
First off, 40 minutes for deep dish and crazy bread after i was told it will be a ten minute wait. Someone had a( new born baby )on the counter in the back.. who does this. The pizza warmer when you first walk in had dried up pizza sauce on the glass. I don't know what happened to this place.the cashier guy didn't remember customer orders. Hot and ready pizza? Really? Well why wasn't any hot and ready pizza ready?.people had to wait 10-15 minutes just to order their food.
We did not have to wait long, pizza was hot and good and she was very friendly
They just made me the best pizza I've ever had from a little caesars.
