Some drunk fool hit my vehicle while I placing my order at the drive thru window he knew his truck couldn’t fit but the dummy did it anyway and just drove off. I asked the cashier about the cameras over the drive thru and was told the gm can only get to those. 911 was called but never showed and now today they don’t wanna answer the phone.
When I went to the Candler Rd. Krystal, I went through the drive thru. I was told my order could not be placed because they were preparing a large order. What kind of business is that? A business should never stop tending to customers because of a large order being prepared. Someone should have kept the drive thru operating. That's poor management. ??
I went here today and waited in line 15 mins! I got to the counter and recieved cold food, I asked the worker for hot food and she closed the window. She came back to the window 10 mins later and asked if she could help me...I just ended up asking for a refund and even then she gave me the wrong change twice AFTER looking at receipt! Seems like they only hire recovering Crack heads at this location!
The employees actually smoked a blunt outside the door while drive thru backed up, they didn't put it out as more cars came they rolled up another one!!! Whole neighborhood deserves gentrification it's hopeless
Since the food is good, that's probably the only reason for people to go there. Too many beggars around. Service is way too slow. It took more than 60 mins in the drive-thru.
Absolutely appalled at the quality of food they continue to serve. I ordered via DoorDash from this location and received these clearly overcooked, probably redropped rock hard glaze bombs. When dove right, they are the color and consistency of fresh Krispy Kreme original glazed donuts. These might as well have been sugar coated cardboard. I do not understand how they can serve people food that they know that they would not even eat. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem ordering from there. They usually always serve soggy wet buns and will put a lb of mustard on your Krystal’s when you specifically ask for just a tad bit, or none. Idk why I keep setting myself up for disappointment by ordering from here.
I requested Krystal' burgers without all the grease from the grill being added. I believe that it make the bun very soggy. Which to me is nasty, IT REMINDS ME almost like saliva not a good feeling in my moth. I apologize for the description. The manager informed me if it was not soggy, it was under cooked. Does that explanation seem reasonable. Resounding "NO". I hope corporate are region facilities call everyone in to give training as to how to prevent soggy Krystal burgers. When the burger cost 10 cents they were not soggy. This business has come to far to become this. Time is suppose to improve a product. Not worsen it. But if this is what you enjoy SOGGY, then this the place.

I was ordering off ubereats and I called to make sure my order was good so a lady pick up the phone and gets smart with me and hangs up the phone please train the workers to understand customer service is important I felt very disrespected if you don’t like ur job then you need to change it simple as that I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS KRYSTALS AGAIN ON CANDLER RD…..
Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. I ordered and when I got to the window she said they were only taking cash which I didn't have.
